IMPEACH Holder, let’s get it done!
Representative Pete Olson (R., Texas) introduced articles of impeachment against Holder in November. As of last week, he had 27 co-sponsors.
We need to help bring this to pass by calling/emailing our representatives to support Rep. Olson’s articles of impeachment, by posting on social media, and by any means available.
The IRS scandal, the Justice Department’s failure to enforce various laws, the department’s Operation Fast and Furious, and Holder’s role in the administration obtaining journalists’ phone records are just the tip of the iceberg of reasons he should be impeached, removed from office, arrested, put behind bars, and put on public trial!
If we have a representative that won’t co-sponsor or at least support this, then we have a problem with our representative!

Senator Ted Cruz (R., Texas) and a group of House lawmakers are building a case for impeaching Attorney General Eric Holder.
“Impeding justice is intolerable and he should not be permitted to refuse the American people a true investigation into the actions of those who used the machinery of government to target, intimate, and silence them for politically driven reasons,” Cruz said during a June 26 floor speech.
Cruz had made such comments before, but this speech was different. He spent 40 minutes laying out the case for Holder’s impeachment — spending the bulk of that time on the IRS scandal, but also citing the Justice Department’s failure to enforce various laws, the department’s Operation Fast and Furious, and Holder’s role in the administration obtaining journalists’ phone records.
Cruz demanded that Holder appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the IRS scandal. “If [Holder] refuses, Senator Cruz will support measures to move forward with his impeachment,” a Cruz aide told NRO.
Representative Paul Gosar (R., Ariz.) raised the idea during a Republican conference meeting Wednesday.
“[Boehner] gave us no hint one way or the other,” he said, though the speaker publicly opposed the impeachment of Obama on the same day.
Gosar said that he had also spoken with House majority leader Kevin McCarthy (R., Calif.) and whip Steve Scalise (R., La.) about moving to impeach Holder.
“They have not said that they oppose it,” Gosar said.
A House leadership aide says that the impeach-Holder caucus has “been picking up a lot recently.” Representative Pete Olson (R., Texas) introduced articles of impeachment against Holder in November. As of last week, he had 27 co-sponsors.
It’s not clear how that process would work, according to the leadership aide. “We’ve already held him in contempt,” the aide said. “I’ve seen a lot of Impeach Holder hashtags, I have not seen a lot of detailed [plans].”
Gosar says the process should begin with the House taking a vote of no confidence in Holder, before the August recess (141 lawmakers have co-sponsored his no-confidence resolution).
If, as is nearly certain, Obama were to ignore such a no-confidence vote and refuse to remove Holder during the August recess, then impeachment proceedings would begin in September, according to Gosar’s plan.

I don’t know the author of this poem. Received it today. Very thought provoking and poignant. I do recall, however, the President referring to the Benghazi incident as "a bump in the road."
Today I heard an ex-Navy Seal being interviewed on Fox News regarding a book he has written about how to handle crisis situations in our lives. At the end of the interview he asked if he could make a comment on Benghazi and of course the anchor said yes.
He then thanked Fox News for keeping the Benghazi story in the news, since other news organizations are not. He said the Seals who died deserve the public knowing the truth about the whole affair. The poem was written by a MARINE CORPS Officer (unknown).

HOWTO: Counter The Toxic Effects of Fluoride Poisoning
Fluoride in Rat Poison: Since the 1800s, fluoride has been a key component in rat poison and insecticides but they couldn’t sell enough of it to use all the industrial waste (fluoride) they were creating.

COUNTERING THE TOXIC EFFECTS OF FLUORIDE
In my last blog post about the toxic issues of fluoride, I promised to do a follow up article about the ways that you can support your body’s natural ability to detox toxic materials such as fluoride. The following list offers some tips for helping to improve your overall health and avoid the toxic effects of fluoride.
1. Water – It may seem elementary but water is one of the most important things you can give your body. Clean water like reverse osmosis is a must. Please don’t drink bottled water and think that you are doing well. Bottled water has issues with toxic chemicals that leech from the plastic it is packaged in.
Many bottles of water are “spring water” which in most cases is no more than city water repackaged. When considering how much water to drink each day, the rule of thumb is to consume 50% of your weight in ounces. So if you are 150 lbs then you would consume 75 oz of water per day.
2. Lemon – Adding lemon to your water can help to cleanse the body and keep the liver operating at high levels. 4. Magnesium – Studies have shown that ingesting magnesium helps to inhibit the absorption of fluoride into the cells.
5. Boron – This nutrient has been described as being effective in removal of fluoride from the body. Recommendations I have read instruct ingesting 1/4 tsp of boron per liter of water per day.
6. Tamarind – Use the pulp, bark and leaves to make a tea. Tamarind has been used to remove fluoride from the body.

Metropolitan Opera to celebrate anti-Semitic and pro-Islamic terrorism with planned opera “The Death of Klinghoffer”
It is painfully obvious that an occult plan is being played out in our time. This makes no sense at all. How can this be? This is not some fringe group bringing this anti-Christian, anti-Semitic, anti-American opera to the American public but the esteemed Metropolitan Opera. Something is terribly wrong in the world today; something satanic, seeming engulfing the whole world.

It was said of Gelb that he declares himself a man of the people, but that he is out of touch with the prevailing zeitgeist (culture of the time). Noted in the Berkshire Fine Arts, Gelb lacks the qualifications to organize a program and appoint or audition singers and, despite his inexpertise, captured this Met position from the ailing James Levine. But it is Gelb’s choice of opera for the 2014 fall season that is most disturbing.
The Death of Klinghoffer was cited for being anti-Semitic and pro-Islamic terrorism, and Gelb’s integrity and moral compass are in question. Instead of eliciting compassion and tears for the murder of a defenseless, wheelchair-bound man, Mr. Leon Klinghoffer, a fellow-American and Jew, Gelb’s opera will offer sympathy and apology for the Islamic murderers – who might just as well have thrown the Jewish-American Gelb overboard, had he vacationed aboard the ill-fated Achille Lauro.
Gelb’s collaborators were director Peter Sellars and choreographer Mark Morris for concept, John Adams’ music and Alice Goodman’s libretto. The opera was commissioned by five American and European opera companies and was first performed at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. And the Met staff decided to cast ethics to the wind and fan the flames of anti-Semitism.
Rather than show concern for the victim and his family, and the other terrified, endangered tourists who were taken hostage, although ultimately spared, the artistes extol the contrived virtues of the cold-blooded killers. They have taken a pro-Islamic, anti-American/Jewish stance in favor of an avowed enemy – Islam, whose adherents repeatedly warn that they will overtake the West and establish an Islamic caliphate on our soil. And the Met’s callous staff and cast will provide the venue for the glorification of Islam, thereby softening the eventual conquest of an acclimatized people.
Would these soulless specimens sympathize with these Muslims if the victim were also their own family member or religious compadre? Did they likewise sympathize with the Mahmoud Abbas-financed and -orchestrated Munich Massacre of 11 Israeli athletes? Or the Muslims who commandeered the planes that killed three thousand in the World Trade Center? Or the Boston Marathon jihadists who killed three and injured/crippled 264 racers? Or Major Hassan who fatally shot 13 and injured more than 30 at Fort Hood? Would the Met also consider providing sophisticated entertainment while reproducing the beheading of Jewish-American journalist, Daniel Pearl? Or blowing up a school bus of children in Chechnya or Israel? Perhaps Gelb would consider a choral group of 200 young girls for an opera about the Boko Haram kidnappings in Nigeria? What other inspiration might one select for musical adventures into the exaltation of Islam and its adherents for the pleasure of the unenlightened?

Oh, I do feel sorry for the victims but…
Don’t these people catch the news? I know they don’t have common sense putting up a sign like that with a cash register inside but you see this all the time where guns are used in “no guns” zones. Maybe they’re too busy cooking to read/watch/listen to the news…
I’m a little embarrassed, being from North Carolina and all, but then again, it happened in Durham which is only slightly less liberal than Chapel Hill-our East Coast Berkeley.

North Carolina restaurant The Pit was robbed at gunpoint on Sunday. Normally, local crime stories like this wouldn't merit a Townhall post, but this one is different: The Pit has a "no weapons" sign displayed prominently on its door declaring the restaurant a gun-free zone, and bans patrons from carrying concealed weapons.
Authorities said just before 9 p.m. Sunday, three men wearing hoodies entered the restaurant through the back doors with pistols, and forced several staff members to lie on the floor.
The bandits assaulted two employees during the crime, but they were not seriously injured.

This does not compute: Stock market continues record climb despite food and gas prices surging
How can this be? It is a deliberate deception. The stock market would be tanking but for the fact that the FED is pumping billions of dollars every month into it artificially propping it up.
Why are they doing this? Two main reasons. One is to rob everyday US citizens and line the pockets of the super rich. The super rich are the ones who profit from the markets rise as they are the recipients of the billions of dollars monthly. Not you and me.
The billions of dollars monthly comes from you me. Where does the FED get the billions of dollars monthly? Yes they print it from nothing but it’s added to the US money supply which devalues the dollar.
It works like this. Say the treasury has 100 dollars in the US bank. They print 50 dollars and add it to the 100 dollars. Now we have 150 dollars in the US bank but that 150 dollars is only worth 100 dollars. That is how they are stealing from us! That’s inflation, our money buys less.
We used to be able to track inflation better than today but the government wanted to hide the inflation from us so they stopped counting the two most costly household items, food and fuel. Can you believe that food and fuel are no longer factors in determining the government’s inflation index? Why would they do that? One answer, to deceive us!

Michael Sam, the first openly gay player ever to enter the National Football League draft, was taken by the St. Louis Rams with the 249th pick of the draft Saturday, proving precisely nothing about the state of homophobia in professional football.
Only one thing can be said with certainty: By taking Sam with the eighth-to-last pick of the seven-round draft, the St. Louis Rams saved the NFL a small public-relations nightmare.
Had he not been drafted, many questions would have been asked, most of them uncomfortable…
…And, most poignantly, did 31 other teams want to avoid the image that came after Sam was finally drafted, when he kissed his boyfriend on live television?
The only people who know the answers to these questions are the people in the personnel departments of the NFL's 32 teams. Any other speculation is just that, because, despite his pedigree, Sam was a marginal draft prospect.
Had Sam been seen a can't-miss NFL star – someone who could change the shape of a defense – teams could not have avoided taking him. But most agree that his stock was hurt at least as much by his poor performances in the scouting combines and pro days as by his coming out.
Even before the scouting events, Sam's limitations were known: "He's tight, he's stiff, and he's short. He's got a lot going against him," one scout told USA Today. What he does have is enormous heart and drive. "He's relentless, and players like that – they can make things happen just with their will alone."
But NFL scouts are often numbers men. They like "tangibles": 40-yard dash times, bench press reps, vertical leap. What you did in college is almost a secondary factor. The reason? In football, the leap from college to pro means going from playing against boys to men. As we are seeing with increasing clarity, the NFL is a brutal league, and success in college is no guarantee of success in the pros. To survive – to thrive – you need to be fast, big, and strong.
By all these measures, Sam added to scouts' reservations by doing very poorly in the scouting combine. His pro day was better, but hardly overwhelming.
Before these scouting appearances, he was projected as a fourth-round pick, notes Nate Silver of ESPN's FiveThirtyEight blog. Afterward, he was projected for the sixth round. Sixth-round prospects like Sam have a 50-50 chance of getting drafted, Silver found in a data analysis.
Was the drop because of his performances or because he had come out as gay?
We don't know, but his scouting performances could certainly have justified the drop. On the other hand, those performances might simply have given teams the cover they wanted to avoid drafting a gay player. In a fascinating story written shortly after Sam announced that he is gay, Sports Illustrated found that several NFL executives and coaches said that Sam's sexuality would hurt his draft stock.
One NFL player personnel assistant said that NFL was not ready for a gay player: "It'd chemically imbalance an NFL locker room and meeting room."
There were hints of that when Miami Dolphins player Don Jones tweeted "OMG" and "horrible" in reaction to Sam's on-screen kiss Saturday…
