But don’t worry, you don’t have to get it, you can just pay the $2400 dollar penalty/tax…

IRS: Cheapest Obamacare Plan Will Be $20,000 Per Family

(CNSNews.com) – In a final regulation issued Wednesday, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) assumed that under Obamacare the cheapest health insurance plan available in 2016 for a family will cost $20,000 for the year.

Under Obamacare, Americans will be required to buy health insurance or pay a penalty to the IRS.

The IRS's assumption that the cheapest plan for family will cost $20,000 per year is found in examples the IRS gives to help people understand how to calculate the penalty they will need to pay the government if they do not buy a mandated health plan.

The examples point to families of four and families of five, both of which the IRS expects in its assumptions to pay a minimum of $20,000 per year for a bronze plan.

“The annual national average bronze plan premium for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children) is $20,000,” the regulation says.

Bronze will be the lowest tier health-insurance plan available under Obamacare--after Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Under the law, the penalty for not buying health insurance is supposed to be capped at either the annual average Bronze premium, 2.5 percent of taxable income, or $2,085.00 per family in 2016.

In the new final rules published Wednesday, IRS set in law the rules for implementing the penalty Americans must pay if they fail to obey Obamacare's mandate to buy insurance.

To help illustrate these rules, the IRS presented examples of different situations families might find themselves in.

In the examples, the IRS assumes that families of five who are uninsured would need to pay an average of $20,000 per year to purchase a Bronze plan in 2016.

Using the conditions laid out in the regulations, the IRS calculates that a family earning $120,000 per year that did not buy insurance would need to pay a "penalty" (a word the IRS still uses despite the Supreme Court ruling that it is in fact a "tax") of $2,400 in 2016.

For those wondering how clear the IRS's clarifications of this new "penalty" rule are, here is one of the actual examples the IRS gives:

“Example 3. Family without minimum essential coverage.

"(i) In 2016, Taxpayers H and J are married and file a joint return. H and J have three children: K, age 21, L, age 15, and M, age 10. No member of the family has minimum essential coverage for any month in 2016. H and J’s household income is $120,000. H and J’s applicable filing threshold is $24,000. The annual national average bronze plan premium for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children) is $20,000.

"(ii) For each month in 2016, under paragraphs (b)(2)(ii) and (b)(2)(iii) of this section, the applicable dollar amount is $2,780 (($695 x 3 adults) + (($695/2) x 2 children)). Under paragraph (b)(2)(i) of this section, the flat dollar amount is $2,085 (the lesser of $2,780 and $2,085 ($695 x 3)). Under paragraph (b)(3) of this section, the excess income amount is $2,400 (($120,000 - $24,000) x 0.025). Therefore, under paragraph (b)(1) of this section, the monthly penalty amount is $200 (the greater of $173.75 ($2,085/12) or $200 ($2,400/12)).

"(iii) The sum of the monthly penalty amounts is $2,400 ($200 x 12). The sum of the monthly national average bronze plan premiums is $20,000 ($20,000/12 x 12). Therefore, under paragraph (a) of this section, the shared responsibility payment imposed on H and J for 2016 is $2,400 (the lesser of $2,400 or $20,000).”

Surprise, the Alabama kidnapper is "against the government — starting with Obama on down."

I saw the movie “Déjà Vu” for the 2nd time the other night on TV. Funny, the 1st time I saw it it didn’t strike me that the ‘terrorist’ was portrayed as an anti government patriotic ex-military type.

That is the narrative that will be played out over and over and over again in the news and the movies and on TV until the public accepts it as gospel.

You see, you are the terrorist and you were always meant to be. It was never foreigners, it was never Middle Eastern, bearded,  turban wearing, Muslims.

The DHS was created to protect the government from the people of the homeland, not to protect the people of the homeland!

Negotiators talking to Ala. captor through pipe

School Bus Driver Shot

By PHILLIP RAWLS, Associated Press

MIDLAND CITY, Ala. — Speaking into a 4-inch-wide ventilation pipe, hostage negotiators tried Thursday to talk a man into releasing a kindergartener and ending a standoff in an underground bunker that stretched into its third day.

The man identified by multiple neighbors and witnesses as 65-year-old retired truck driver Jimmy Lee Dykes was accused of pulling the boy from a school bus on Tuesday and killing the driver. The pair was holed up in a small room on his property that authorities compared to tornado shelters common in the area.

James Arrington, police chief of the neighboring town of Pinckard, said the shelter was about 4 feet underground, with about 6-by-8 feet of floor space and a PVC pipe that negotiators were speaking through.

There were signs that the standoff could continue for some time: A state legislator said the shelter has electricity, food and TV. The police chief said the captor has been sleeping and told negotiators that he has spent long periods in the shelter before.

"He will have to give up sooner or later because (authorities) are not leaving," Arrington said. "It's pretty small, but he's been known to stay in there eight days."

Midland City Mayor Virgil Skipper said he has been briefed by law enforcement and visited with the boy's parents.

"He's crying for his parents," he said. "They are holding up good. They are praying and asking all of us to pray with them."

The normally quiet red clay road was teeming Thursday with more than a dozen police cars and trucks, a fire truck, a helicopter, officers from multiple agencies, media and at least one ambulance near Midland City, population 2,300.

Dykes was known around the neighborhood as a menacing figure who neighbors said once beat a dog to death with a lead pipe, threatened to shoot children for setting foot on his property and patrolled his yard at night with a flashlight and a firearm.

The chief confirmed that Dykes held anti-government views, as described by multiple neighbors: "He's against the government — starting with Obama on down."

"He doesn't like law enforcement or the government telling him what to do," he said. "He's just a loner."

Authorities say the gunman boarded a stopped school bus Tuesday afternoon and demanded two boys between 6 and 8 years old. When the driver tried to block his way, the gunman shot him several times and took a 5-year-old boy off the bus.

The bus driver, Charles Albert Poland Jr., 66, was hailed by locals as a hero who gave his life to protect the 21 students aboard the bus.

No motive has been discussed by investigators, but the police chief said the FBI had evidence suggesting it could be considered a hate crime. Federal authorities have not released any details about the standoff or the investigation. The mayor said he hasn't seen anything tying together Dykes' anti-government views and the allegations against him.

Dykes had been scheduled to appear in court Wednesday to answer charges he shot at his neighbors in a dispute last month over a speed bump. Neighbor Claudia Davis said he yelled and fired shots at her, her son and her baby grandson over damage Dykes claimed their pickup truck did to a makeshift speed bump in the dirt road. No one was hurt.

The son, James Davis Jr., believes Tuesday's shooting was connected to the court date. "I believe he thought I was going to be in court and he was going to get more charges than the menacing, which he deserved, and he had a bunch of stuff to hide and that's why he did it."

Neighbors described a number of other run-ins with Dykes in the time since he moved to this small town near the Georgia and Florida borders, in a region known for peanut farming.

A neighbor directly across the street, Brock Parrish, said Dykes usually wore overalls and glasses and his posture was hunched-over. He said Dykes usually drove a run-down "creeper" van with some of the windows covered in aluminum foil.

Parrish saw him often digging in his yard, as if he was preparing a spot to lay down a driveway or a building foundation. He lived in a small camping trailer on the site. He patrolled his lawn at night, walking from corner to corner with a flashlight and an assault rifle.

Mike and Patricia Smith, who also live across the street from Dykes and whose two children were on the bus, said their youngsters had a run-in with him about 10 months ago.

"My bulldogs got loose and went over there," Patricia Smith said. "The children went to get them. He threatened to shoot them if they came back."

Another neighbor, Ronda Wilbur, said Dykes beat her 120-pound dog with a lead pipe for coming onto his side of the dirt road. The dog died a week later.

"He said his only regret was he didn't beat him to death all the way," Wilbur said. "If a man can kill a dog, and beat it with a lead pipe and brag about it, it's nothing until it's going to be people."

Court records showed Dykes was arrested in Florida in 1995 for improper exhibition of a weapon, but the misdemeanor was dismissed. The circumstances of the arrest were not detailed in his criminal record. He was also arrested for marijuana possession in 2000.

The busine$$ of war – $tolen recon$truction fund$, bribe$, kickback$ in the million$

Disappearance of Iraq Reconstruction Funds May Remain Unsolved

Posted by Your-POC.com | January 21, 2013 | News

Army Maj. John L. Cockerham is escorted into U.S. Federal Court for a sentencing hearing after he was convicted of taking $9.6 million in bribes while serving in Iraq, in the largest such bribery case to come out of the war in Iraq.

George Lee, a Kuwait-based U.S. defense contractor who was reaping millions as America’s quagmire in Iraq deepened, sent an e-mail to an Army major who awarded bids in Baghdad, warning her not to visit him.“None of us want Uncle Sam, or anyone else, looking where they should not be looking,” he wrote in one of the trove of messages and intercepted phone calls that exposed the biggest fraud conspiracy from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

So far, 22 people have been indicted and $67 million has been recovered in that single scheme, which remains under investigation.

But the little-known agency that uncovered the scam is about to close its doors, even though Lee remains a fugitive and 91 additional criminal investigations into the disappearance of Iraq reconstruction funds remain unsolved.

The mandate and funding of the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction, which was established in October 2004 and is known as SIGIR, expires in March. It will mark the end of an effort to document and fix the myriad failings of the most ambitious U.S. rebuilding effort since the Marshall Plan. The extent to which U.S. military personnel abused their positions during the war is a part of the legacy of the deeply unpopular conflict that has gone largely unnoticed.

“This is a tiny if disgraceful minority,” Stuart W. Bowen, the head of the agency said. “A lot of these cases came to light deep into the reconstruction experience, which by then had been recognized to have fallen short of its goals.”

The Kuwait scheme became the agency’s landmark case. But SIGIR investigators uncovered scores of other plots that could be turned into thrillers. There were corrupt officers ratted out by spurned wives. Military officials accepted first-class tickets from contractors so they could hide their exploits in bank accounts in the Cayman Islands and Thailand. One soldier mailed stolen cash wrapped in American flags. Another particularly clever attempt to haul stacks of stolen cash to the United States involved stitching them into a Santa Claus costume.

SIGIR’s criminal investigations, conducted with help from the FBI, the IRS and other federal agencies, have resulted in 81 convictions, including 47 military personnel. A few defendants are awaiting trial. Authorities have recovered more than $189 million.

Anyone who worked in Iraq during the heyday of reconstruction spending is unlikely to be surprised that many people were tempted to steal. U.S. officials came to see cash as a“weapon system” that could buy goodwill, forge alliances and alienate insurgents. There was loads of it, in bags, boxes and chests. With a widespread perception that oversight was lax, many saw the chance of a lifetime.

“There was so much money to be made at the time,” said Daniel F. Willkens, the agency’s head of investigations.

Maj. Gloria Davis was among those tempted, according to investigators and court documents. The Army officer met George Lee in Kuwait in 2003, soon after she was assigned to award military contracts for Iraq and he was trying to get a foothold in the rapidly expanding war economy. They became close after she awarded his company a contract for buses in January 2004.

That summer, their relationship grew so cozy that he paid for her spa treatments in Kuwait City and offered her son a job. That fall, after Davis awarded Lee two multimillion-dollar contracts for bottled water maintenance services, he flew her to Thailand, where she opened a bank account into which he soon wired $80,000.

Days after her son started his job in Kuwait, Davis thanked Lee in an e-mail on Jan. 3, 2005, according to Lee’s indictment, writing that she appreciated “everything you have done for me and my family,” and offering to do her share to “on this end to help the business.”

Help she did, putting Lee and his son Justin, a business partner, in touch with other contracting officers amenable to kickbacks. Justin Lee heaped praise on Davis for her help, saying in another e-mail that they wanted her to be “as kept a woman as the princess herself.” Among Davis’s colleagues, the most audacious, investigators said, was Maj. John L. Cockerham. He became a ringleader among a cadre of contracting officers trained at Fort Sam Houston in Texas who gave preferential treatment to the Lees in exchange for kickbacks.

As the money rolled in, the Lees were enthralled by their booming business. After purchasing a first-class ticket for an officer involved in the scheme, Justin Lee wrote that Col. Kevin Davis “thought he had died and gone to heaven relative to his first first class travel.” Lt. Col. Levonda J. Selph, who also accepted a free trip to Thailand, wrote to George Lee that they could discuss business deals over “a glass of champagne,” and offered to do “everything I can barring going to jail” to get him more deals.

In 2006, Davis returned to Baghdad for a new deployment, not realizing that federal investigators had been tipped off by a competitor about irregularities in Lee’s business practices. After she admitted to agents in December 2006 that $225,000 in an offshore bank account came from bribes, Davis returned to her room and fatally shot herself in the head.

Cockerham was arrested the following year. The former officer pleaded guilty to bribery, money laundering and conspiracy in January 2008, admitting he took more than $9 million in bribes. Davis, the most senior officer convicted in the case, pleaded guilty in April 2010 to accepting illegal gratuities. Selph pleaded guilty to bribery in 2011 and unsuccessfully sought to get the Federal Bureau of Prisons to incarcerate her alongside the former officer’s pet chihuahua, Buffy. Justin Lee pleaded guilty to bribery in July. Investigators believe his father remains in Kuwait, along with much of the stolen cash.

Authorities also convicted civilians in notable cases. Robert N. Boorda, a former head of the Baghdad office of the U.S. Institute of Peace, which is funded by Congress, pleaded guilty to wire conspiracy last year after admitting he received a purported $20,000 monthly fee in 2009 from an inflated security contract submitted to his headquarters. Last year, Jill Ann Chapia, a U.S defense contractor, had to give up her job at a U.S. military base in Afghanistan after pleading guilty to lying to federal investigators who determined that she received more than $1.2 million after submitting phony invoices for work she was hired to do in Iraq in 2008.

Some of the open probes may lead to indictments before SIGIR shuts down, officials said. The agency said it is working with lawmakers in the House and Senate in hopes Congress will find the money to preserve its 21-person investigative team for the remainder of this year. If that effort fails, several of the open cases are likely to stall because they are unlikely to become priorities for federal law enforcement agencies. Credit: Ernesto Londoño

If you don’t understand this you don’t understand the 2nd amendment, you don’t understand freedom!

The second amendment was implemented as a way to combat ‘government excesses’, so Feinstein would exempt government officials; that is a blatant violation of the intent of the second amendment!

Feinstein Gun Control Bill to Exempt Government Officials

8:06 AM, Jan 25, 2013 • By DANIEL HALPER Bill Kristol Fred Barnes Jay Cost

Not everyone will have to abide by Senator Dianne Feinstein's gun control bill. If the proposed legislation becomes law, government officials and others will be exempt.

"Mrs. Feinstein's measure would exempt more than 2,200 types of hunting and sporting rifles; guns manually operated by bolt, pump, lever or slide action; and weapons used by government officials, law enforcement and retired law enforcement personnel," the Washington Times reports.

The Huffington Post confirms these exemptions, and adds that guns owned prior to the legislation becoming law will be permissible, too. "[T]he bill includes a number of exemptions: It exempts more than 2,200 hunting and sporting weapons; any gun manually operated by a bolt, pump, lever or slide action; any weapons used by government officials and law enforcement; and any weapons legally owned as of the date of the bill's enactment."

The bill's measures include stopping "the sale, manufacture and importation of 158 specifically named military-style firearms and ammunition magazines that hold more than 10 rounds. It would also ban an additional group of assault weapons that accept detachable ammunition magazines and have at least one military characteristic," according to the Huffington Post.

The left-leaning website adds: "Other new provisions include requiring background checks on all future transfers of assault weapons covered under the bill and eliminating the 10-year sunset that allowed the original ban to expire."

Yes, Rand Paul but, had you not let the media Paint Ron Paul for you….

The media did to Ron Paul what the media does, they Alyinsky’d him! And You bought it! Fools, you let the media turn you against Ron Paul, how crazy is that! Damn fools!!!!

I don’t like Paul because of his views on this, or that, or whatever you read in the AP or Reuters….don’t you see what you are doing?

More kudos for Rand Paul – California leftist hag Barbara Boxer walked out of Hillary Clinton hearings after ownage

rand-paulI’ve always liked Rand Paul, a lot more than his father. But after today’s destruction of Hillary Clinton, I like him even more. Not only did he destroy Hillary Clinton telling her that had he been president she would have been fired, but Paul even caused California leftist Senator hag Barbara Boxer to walk out ‘to protest’ Rand Paul.

“When I heard him say those words, I walked out of the hearing room and listened to him from behind the stage because I was so infuriated at what that man said,” Boxer told Rev. Al Sharpton on MSNBC’s Politics Nation on Wednesday. Boxer sits on the the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, which was hosting one of Clinton’s hearings on the Hill. “To suggest that she’s retiring from this post after traveling a million miles and being one of the greatest Secretaries of State because of Benghazi is unbelievable.”

SHERIFF JOE RIDES INTO VA TO GET THE GUNS...

I don’t think so, ‘The’ Sheriff Joe may be riding in but not to get the guns but to arrest the illegal alien president for using forged documents and someone else's SSAN.

Biden heading to Virginia to push gun control

By NEDRA PICKLER Associated Press

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Vice President Joe Biden is taking the White House's campaign for gun control on the road to Virginia.

Biden plans a roundtable discussion Friday in Richmond with experts who worked on gun safety following the 2007 shooting at Virginia Tech.

President Barack Obama wants Congress to require background checks for all gun sales and ban both military-style assault weapons and high-capacity ammunition magazines. The president concedes passage will be difficult, but he also will travel to push the plan. His destinations have yet to be announced.

Virginia has an avidly pro-gun tradition, but lawmakers have been debating a bill to require that private sellers conduct criminal background checks on buyers at gun shows. The current law only requires dealers to conduct the checks.

A view of the NDAA from Egypt: Legalizing Tyranny

Although the author is unaware that the OWS movement was a false flag event orchestrated by the government and funded by Wall Street (redundant, they are the government), as was the Arab Spring, he does see the contradiction of the NDAA and American freedom.

A look at the National Defense Authorization Act

By Hana Zuhair January 16, 2012 AP

On December 31 we finally and thankfully bid farewell to 2011. Or did we? The year that witnessed Arab political unrest and proved that there was something fundamentally wrong with the region's political system seems to be the tip of the iceberg. Despite some revolutions’ success in toppling detested regimes, people are rising up against political powers all over the globe. Battles have been won here and there, but one thing is certain: dissatisfaction is no longer limited to the Arab world.

September's Occupy Wall Street (OWS) movement is living proof. The American people are protesting the greed of the wealthy under the slogan “We Are the 99%”. The movement, which mainly calls for economic equality and a world more respectful of human rights, shows that the American government, the self-proclaimed beacon of democracy, is failing quite miserably. But the surprising part wasn’t the awakening from apathy in yet another nation, rather it was how this “democratic” government responded to its raging turmoil. The response was simple: utter unexplainable silence.

On the eve of the first day of 2012, President Barack Obama was more concerned with signing the $662 billion National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) than addressing his people’s economic concerns. The NDAA centers around the defense of the US and its interests abroad, but controversially, it allows the military to detain anyone suspected of being a terrorist indefinitely, without charge or trial on US soil.

The law isn’t any different than Egypt’s emergency law, which gave the ousted President Hosni Mubarak and members of his regime full authority to bully the country’s activists, journalists and anyone who spoke against the system.

With President Obama officially ending the war in Iraq, is the US president bringing the troops back home only to terrorize his own people? Why now, why was this bill signed only three months after the OWS movement gained traction?

AP
Maybe I’m over-analyzing here or maybe I’m too skeptical, but talking to American friends participating in OWS, it’s a point worth considering, to say the least. Did we ever think that peaceful protesters would be pepper sprayed and detained in a supposedly leading democracy like the US?

The Washington Post wrote on December 31 that Obama initially had threatened to veto the bill, which has been enacted for the last 49 years. Then what happened? Peer pressure? Or was he just trying to get civil liberties and human rights groups off his back for a while because he had no intention of vetoing the bill?

The funny thing is, Obama, after willingly signing the bill, stated, “I have signed this bill despite having serious reservations with certain provisions that regulate the detention, interrogation and prosecution of suspected terrorists,” a statement that I found a bit strange coming from a president. How does a leader make a decision he has “serious reservations” to? Is this any way to rule a country?

The NDAA arguably poses a threat to America’s civil liberties and contradicts the core values of freedom its constitution stands for. But the decision has been taken and it doesn’t seem that Obama’s administration is giving any attention to people strongly opposing a law effectually legalizing tyranny — what the Arab Spring rose against. et

The cross against the gun, they must really be desperate to seek the churches help

How many press conferences start with a prayer, especially when a Democrat is the spokesperson? What happened to their ‘separation of Church and State’?

Sen. Dianne Feinstein opens up anti-gun presser with a prayer

Charlie Spiering Commentary Staff Writer The Washington Examiner January 24, 2013 | 11:16 am

As Sen. Diane Feinstein opened her press conference on gun control, she invited Dean of the National Cathedral Rev. Canon Gary Hall to offer a prayer.

Hall spoke briefly before the prayer, calling for Washington legislators to stop fearing the gun lobby and fulfill their “moral duty” to restrict guns.

"Everyone in this city seems to live in terror of the gun lobby," Hall said. "But I believe that the gun lobby is no match for the cross lobby."

Hall said that he could no longer justify a society that allowed ordinary citizens to keep and bear "assault weapons."

During the prayer, Hall asked God to “bless our elected leaders with the wisdom and the courage needed to bring about the changes that the people demand.”

Nation's largest outdoors show banned assault weapons/SHOW CANCELED

NRA boycott kills outdoors show that banned assault weapons

January 24, 2013 | 11:16 am | Modified: January 24, 2013 at 11:20 am

She does not trump the Constitution!

Paul Bedard Washington Secrets The Washington Examiner

A massive boycott sparked by the NRA and other gun-rights groups outraged that the nation's largest outdoors show banned the exhibition of assault weapons has caused the show's organizers to abruptly cancel the week-long event in Harrisburg, Pa.

The successful boycott was the biggest demonstration of support by the outdoors industry yet against gun control efforts being pushed in Washington and in several states.

"Reed Exhibitions has decided to postpone, for now, the Eastern Sports and Outdoor Show given the controversy surrounding its decision to limit the sale or display of modern sporting rifles (also called ARs) at the event. The show was scheduled to take place February 2-10 in Harrisburg, Pa.," the organizer said in a statement Thursday.

The show is the biggest in the nation and features several outdoors groups, hundreds of exhibitors and the most popular TV hunting show stars. It draws thousands from the Washington-Baltimore area. As the assault rifle ban became known, exhibitors, sponsors and the TV stars withdrew by the dozens.

The NRA is a huge sponsor of the show and pulled out Tuesday after Reed moved to ban assault rifles like Bushmasters and AR-15s at the show. A Bushmaster was used in the Newtown, Conn., shootings and Reed said it was bowing to concerns about the gun in banning it from the show.

In its statement today, organizer Reed Exhibitions said that the whole show, which includes fishing and camping exhibits, "could not be held because the atmosphere of this year's show would not be conducive to an event that is designed to provide family enjoyment. It is unfortunate that in the current emotionally charged atmosphere this celebratory event has become overshadowed by a decision that directly affected a small percentage of more than 1,000 exhibits showcasing products and services for those interested in hunting and fishing."

The boycott by the NRA and 170 other exhibitors, however, is what killed the show said one exhibitor. "We need to stand firm against those siding with the anti-gun crowd," said the exhibitor on background.

The National Wild Turkey Federation, a group supported by turkey hunters, said they were boycotting to raise awareness of the threat against the Second Amendment. "We feel strongly about the importance of the Second Amendment in pursuit of our mission of preserving our hunting heritage," said Skip Motts, president of the NWTF Pennsylvania State Chapter.

2 meter opponents arrested in Naperville: 'A society of violating one another'

Two Naperville mothers were arrested Wednesday, after they tried to block utility workers from installing new smart meters. CBS 2's Dana Kozlov reports.

By Melissa JencoTribune reporter, 10:16 p.m. CST, January 23, 2013new_world_order

Two vocal opponents of Naperville’s initiative to install wireless electric meters on homes were arrested this afternoon after interfering with the installation process, according to city officials.

Police are accompanying crews this week as they install smart meters at homes that previously sent away installers.

“The previous installation attempts were met with some resistance and we wanted to ensure our employees’ safety,” City Manager Doug Krieger said.

Smart meterSmart meter

Naperville has installed smart meters on 57,000 homes and is about 99 percent through with the process. Officials have said the project will make the electric system more reliable and efficient and reduce costs.

However, the Naperville Smart Meter Awareness group has expressed concerns over whether the wireless meters will affect health, security and privacy. The group has a federal lawsuit pending against the city.

The two women arrested are leaders of the group.

Malia "Kim" Bendis of the 2200 block of Mercer Court was charged with two misdemeanors — attempted eavesdropping and resisting a peace officer.

Jennifer Stahl of the 1400 block of Westglen Drive, received two ordinance violation citations — interfering with a police officer and preventing access to customer premises.

Stahl, who was released from custody about 4:30 p.m., said when she refused the smart meter, installers accompanied by police cut the bicycle lock she had placed on her fence and entered her backyard. She then stood in front of her electric meter and refused to move.

“It was forced on my house today,” she said. “It was really a violation. I violated something, but I’ve been violated too so I guess we’re now in a society of violating one another.”

The city, which has repeatedly declared the wireless meters to be safe, offers a non-wireless alternative meter to residents with concerns. There is a $68.35 initial fee for a non-wireless meter plus a $24.75 monthly fee for manually reading it. Stahl said residents who want a non-wireless meter should not have to pay for it, and said she represents other homeowners who were not able to continue to refuse the wireless meter installation.

“I have not done the work of attempting to educate the community and advocating for the right of anybody in Naperville to refuse the smart meter just to stand off to the side,” she said.

Bendis exited the Naperville Police Department about an hour later to handful of smart meter opponents who cheered for her release. She declined comment, citing the advice of her attorney.

Krieger defended the city moving forward with installation of the meters despite the objections from some homeowners.

“The city has always had and maintains the right to access our equipment, and today we were simply exercising that right,” he said.

NYPD to tear apart your DNA with THz waves looking for guns? It won’t stop with NY!

A study on terahertz radiation’s health effect:

Alexandrov and co have created a model to investigate how THz fields interact with double-stranded DNA and what they’ve found is remarkable. They say that although the forces generated are tiny, resonant effects allow THz waves to unzip double-stranded DNA, creating bubbles in the double strand that could significantly interfere with processes such as gene expression and DNA replication. That’s a jaw dropping conclusion.

NYPD Commissioner says department will begin testing a new high-tech device that scans for concealed weapons

The device, which tests for terahertz radiation, is small enough to be placed in a police vehicle or stationed at a street corner where gunplay is common

By Rocco Parascandola / NEW YORK DAILY NEWS

SENDER: "DCPI"

The NYPD's newest asset in its battle against illegal handguns: a scanner that tests for radiation and can reveal a concealed handgun.

Get ready for scan-and-frisk.

The NYPD will soon deploy new technology allowing police to detect guns carried by criminals without using the typical pat-down procedure, Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly said Wednesday.

The department just received a machine that reads terahertz — the natural energy emitted by people and inanimate objects — and allows police to view concealed weapons from a distance.

“If something is obstructing the flow of that radiation, for example a weapon, the device will highlight that object,” Kelly said.

A video image aired at a Police Foundation breakfast Wednesday showed an officer, clad in a New York Jets jersey and jeans, with the shape of a hidden gun clearly visible under his clothing when viewed through the device.

The department will begin testing the high-tech device for use on the street. The device is small enough to be placed in a police vehicle or stationed at a street corner where gunplay has occurred in the past.

Kelly, who first discussed the possibility of using this technology last year, said the NYPD has been working with the London Metropolitan Police and a contractor “to develop a tool that meets our requirements.”

“We took delivery of it last week,” Kelly said at the gathering at the Waldorf Astoria. “One of our requirements was that the technology must be portable ...

“We still have a number of trials to run before we can determine how best to deploy this technology. We’re also talking to our legal staff about this. But we’re very pleased with the progress we’ve made over the past year.”

The New York Civil Liberties Union last year raised concerns about “virtual pat downs,” and some security experts have said false positives could lead to unjustified stops.

What difference does it make? Just answer the question Madame murderer!

This is a tactic used by someone who doesn’t want to answer a damaging question. Why not just answer the question?

Ask the guy who made the video what difference it makes! You’ll need to go during visitors hours because he wound behind bars for an issue no one cared about until the deceptive accusations came out

Ask the families of the dead Americans what difference does it make!

By the way, back to the guy behind bars, this is why the government makes so many laws. The more laws they make the more lawbreakers they make. That comes in handy when someone gives them some grief, just investigate them for a violations of the thousands of laws they’ve created, then sock it to them!

Clinton Shouts: 'What Difference Would It Make?'

10:35 AM, Jan 23, 2013 • By DANIEL HALPER

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was asked about ascertaining whether the Benghazi terror attack was the result of a protest by Senator Ron Johnson. "What difference would it make?" Clinton shouted, seemingly losing her cool.

"With all due respect, the fact is we had four dead Americans. Was it because of a protest or was it because of guys out for a walk one night decided to go kill some Americans? What difference at this point does it make?"

They should pay for the death of those four Americans!

Will your Sheriff follow the oath to the Constitution or follow Obama and the globalists?

Utah Sheriffs’ Association Tell Obama to Keep His Un-Constitutional Orders Out of Their State

USA LogoIn a move that will hopefully sweep the entire nation, the Utah Sheriff’s Association recently released a letter to Obama stating that, while they feel as bad as everyone about Sandy Hook – Guns are NOT the Problem and they will NOT allow their citizens Second Amendment Rights to be infringed by the flick of a pen!

They specifically state that:

“ it is easy to demonize firearms; it is also foolish and prejudiced. Firearms are nothing more than instruments, valuable and potentially dangerous, but instruments nonetheless. Malevolent souls, like the criminals who commit mass murders, will always exploit valuable instruments in the pursuit of evil.”

“lawful violence must sometimes be employed to deter and stop criminal violence. Consequently, the citizenry must continue its ability to keep and bear arms, including arms that adequately protect them from all types of illegality.”

“it is imperative this discussion be had in Congress, not silenced unilaterally by executive orders.”

“Please remember the Founders of this great nation created the Constitution, and its accompanying Bill of Rights, in an effort to protect citizens from all forms of tyrannical subjugation.

“But, make no mistake, as the duly-elected sheriffs of our respective counties, we will enforce the rights guaranteed to our citizens by the Constitution. No federal official will be permitted to descend upon our constituents and take from them what the Bill of Rights—in particular Amendment II—has given them. We, like you, swore a solemn oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, and we are prepared to trade our lives for the preservation of its traditional interpretation.”

To which, we have NOTHING to add other than: BRAVO!!!!

If only more of our elected officials would get this through their heads.

Here is the letter in full:

The Honorable Barack Obama
President of the United States of America
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW
Washington, DC 20500

Dear President Obama:

We, the elected sheriffs of Utah, like so many of our fellow Americans, are literally heartbroken for the loved ones of the murdered victims in Connecticut. As Utahans, we are not strangers to this kind of carnage—one of the latest being the 2007 Trolley Square murders wherein nine innocents were gunned down—five losing their lives.

We also recognize the scores of other recent domestic massacres, which have decimated countless honorable lives. As Americans, we value the sanctity of life. Furthermore, similar to our inspired Founders, we acknowledge our subservience to a higher power.

With the number of mass shootings America has endured, it is easy to demonize firearms; it is also foolish and prejudiced. Firearms are nothing more than instruments, valuable and potentially dangerous, but instruments nonetheless. Malevolent souls, like the criminals who commit mass murders, will always exploit valuable instruments in the pursuit of evil. As professional peace officers, if we understand nothing else, we understand this: lawful violence must sometimes be employed to deter and stop criminal violence. Consequently, the citizenry must continue its ability to keep and bear arms, including arms that adequately protect them from all types of illegality.

As your administration and Congress continue to grapple with the complex issue of firearm regulations, we pray that the Almighty will guide the People’s Representatives collectively. For that reason, it is imperative this discussion be had in Congress, not silenced unilaterally by executive orders. As you deliberate, please remember the Founders of this great nation created the Constitution, and its accompanying Bill of Rights, in an effort to protect citizens from all forms of tyrannical subjugation.

We respect the Office of the President of the United States of America. But, make no mistake, as the duly-elected sheriffs of our respective counties, we will enforce the rights guaranteed to our citizens by the Constitution. No federal official will be permitted to descend upon our constituents and take from them what the Bill of Rights—in particular Amendment II—has given them. We, like you, swore a solemn oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, and we are prepared to trade our lives for the preservation of its traditional interpretation.

Obama pleads for unity while Democrat orchestrates chorus of boos towards Paul Ryan

Updated with link at the bottom:

I was listening to Mark Stein, stand in for Rush on the EIB today, and he mentioned that a Democrat operative had tweeted to the minions that Paul Ryan should be booed. The following article just mentions the fact that he was booed as if it was spontaneous.

This is the way of the Democrats, lambast conservatives about the tone in politics while they use the ugliest, vilest, language and tactics. When the Democrat accuses conservatives of something it is always something the Democrat is guilty of. Take racism, for example, Democrats are the biggest racists on the planet, second even to the Taliban, but they constantly accuse conservatives of racism.

How about the party of the poor, check out which party has the richest members, which party receives the most donations from ‘big business’, which party has created policies that have made virtual slaves of ‘the poor’ through welfare dependency!

Paul Ryan Booed at Inauguration

2:46 PM, Jan 21, 2013 • By DANIEL HALPER

Paul Ryan, the Republican vice presidential nominee in the last election, was booed at President Barack Obama's Second Inauguration today in Washington, D.C.

"If things had gone differently in November, Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) might have departed the Capitol on Monday as the vice president of the United States. Instead, he faced a chorus of boos as he left the building to attend President Barack Obama's second inauguration ceremony," reports the Huffington Post.

The left-leaning website reports that Ryan attended the Inauguration out of duty. "Ryan announced last week that he would be present for Obama's public swearing in at the Capitol, calling it his 'obligation.'"

Ryan is chairman of the House Budget Committee.

So, how do you feel about this statement? RANGEL: 'Some of Southern Areas Have Cultures We Have to Overcome'

I can’t say on social medial what’s on my mind. But, I hope we don’t cross paths!

Rep. Charlie Rangel on Guns: ‘Some of the Southern Areas Have Cultures that We Have to Overcome’

By Craig Millward

(CNSNews.com) - Rep. Charlie Rangel (D-N.Y.), speaking on “MSNBC Live” on Jan. 16 said that “some of the southern areas have cultures that we have to overcome” when it comes to gun control.

Rangel was asked by anchor Thomas Roberts whether new gun control measures passed in New York State should serve as models for other states:

“If you’re proud of what New York has done, obviously there is not going to be any perfect policy or perfect law that everybody is going to agree on from both sides saying that this is key perfection but do you think that New York, and what has been done in this state, could be used as a role model for other states that would like to enact something of New York’s model?”

Rangel responded by saying: “Well I hope so. New York is a little different and more progressive in a lot of areas than some other states and some of the southern areas have cultures that we have to overcome.

He added: “But we do have a model set of what Republicans and Democrats, Conservatives and Liberals have come together and put the party labels behind them and come forward with something that says ‘Hey, we may disagree, but one thing is clear that we have to do something' and that’s exactly what they have done.’”

Last week, New York State passed stricter gun control measures in response to the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting on Dec. 14. The new law calls for an expanded assault weapons ban, and a new registration of already owned semi-automatic weapons.

The new law also calls for a limit of seven rounds on magazine clips and for mental health and law enforcement officials to be informed when it is believed that a patient is likely to be a danger to themselves or others.

The bill passed the New York State Senate by a vote of 43-18 and the Assembly by a vote of 104-43. Governor Andrew Cuomo signed the bill into law on Jan 15.

Japanese minister: Let elderly people 'hurry up and die'...

This happened in Japan, nothing to concern us here…not so fast. This is the way the Rothschild Family (Family=Luciferian Rothschild/Rockefeller cabal) works. They control the media, THE WORLD MEDIA, all they have to do is bring it up in one of their devices and it spreads to the rest.

This is the reason Obama cut 700 Trillion from Social Security to pay for Obamacare. The seniors won’t need it because they will be dead! That’s the reason Obama told the questioner for her relative to ‘take a pill’ for the pain instead of spending money for the procedure.

They plan to do away with the senior citizens. You say I’m nuts, ok. Actually they plan to do away with a whole lot more than just the elderly.

Oh, you don’t know about the FEMA camps, the FEMA coffins, the FEMA trains. You’re not concerned that the DHS has labeled the right wing, returning vets, pro 2nd amendment advocates, pro-life folks, constitutionalists, anti-big government folks, even Ron Paul supporters, etc. as possible domestic terrorists.

How can you not see what’s going on?

Let elderly people 'hurry up and die', says Japanese minister

Taro Aso says he would refuse end-of-life care and would 'feel bad' knowing treatment was paid for by government

Taro Aso

Japan's new government is barely a month old, and already one of its most senior members has insulted tens of millions of voters by suggesting that the elderly are an unnecessary drain on the country's finances.

Taro Aso, the finance minister, said on Monday that the elderly should be allowed to "hurry up and die" to relieve pressure on the state to pay for their medical care.

"Heaven forbid if you are forced to live on when you want to die. I would wake up feeling increasingly bad knowing that [treatment] was all being paid for by the government," he said during a meeting of the national council on social security reforms. "The problem won't be solved unless you let them hurry up and die."

Aso's comments are likely to cause offence in Japan, where almost a quarter of the 128 million population is aged over 60. The proportion is forecast to rise to 40% over the next 50 years.

The remarks are also an unwelcome distraction for the new prime minister, Shinzo Abe, whose first period as Japan's leader ended with his resignation after just a year, in 2007, partly due to a string of gaffes by members of his cabinet.

Rising welfare costs, particularly for the elderly, were behind a decision last year to double consumption [sales] tax to 10% over the next three years, a move Aso's Liberal Democratic party supported.

The 72-year-old, who doubles as deputy prime minister, said he would refuse end-of-life care. "I don't need that kind of care," he said in comments quoted by local media, adding that he had written a note instructing his family to deny him life-prolonging medical treatment.

To compound the insult, he referred to elderly patients who are no longer able to feed themselves as "tube people". The health and welfare ministry, he added, was "well aware that it costs several tens of millions of yen" a month to treat a single patient in the final stages of life.

Cost aside, caring for the elderly is a major challenge for Japan's stretched social services. According to a report this week, the number of households receiving welfare, which include family members aged 65 or over, stood at more than 678,000, or about 40% of the total. The country is also tackling a rise in the number of people who die alone, most of whom are elderly. In 2010, 4.6 million elderly people lived alone, and the number who died at home soared 61% between 2003 and 2010, from 1,364 to 2,194, according to the bureau of social welfare and public health in Tokyo.

The government is planning to reduce welfare expenditure in its next budget, due to go into force this April, with details of the cuts expected within days.

Aso, who has a propensity for verbal blunders, later attempted to clarify his comments. He acknowledged his language had been "inappropriate" in a public forum and insisted he was talking only about his personal preference.

"I said what I personally believe, not what the end-of-life medical care system should be," he told reporters. "It is important that you be able spend the final days of your life peacefully."

It is not the first time Aso, one of Japan's wealthiest politicians, has questioned the state's duty towards its large elderly population. In 2008, while serving as prime minister, he described "doddering" pensioners as tax burdens who should take better care of their health.

"I see people aged 67 or 68 at class reunions who dodder around and are constantly going to the doctor," he said at a meeting of economists. "Why should I have to pay for people who just eat and drink and make no effort? I walk every day and do other things, but I'm paying more in taxes."

He had already angered the country's doctors by telling them they lacked common sense, made a joke about Alzheimer's patients, and pronounced "penniless young men" unfit for marriage.

In 2001, he said he wanted Japan to become the kind of successful country in which "the richest Jews would want to live".

He once likened an opposition party to the Nazis, praised Japan's colonial rule in Taiwan and, as foreign minister, told US diplomats they would never be trusted in Middle East peace negotiations because they have "blue eyes and blond hair".

While figures released on Monday showed a record 2.14 million Japanese were receiving welfare in October 2012, Aso has led a life of privilege few of his compatriots could hope to match.

He is the grandson of Shigeru Yoshida, an influential postwar prime minister, and is married to the daughter of another former premier.

While campaigning for the premiership in 2008, Aso refused to acknowledge the use of hundreds of allied prisoners of war by his family's coal mining business during the second world war. He served as president of the firm's successor, Aso Cement, from 1973-79.

David Attenborough - Humans are plague on Earth, so is he non-human?

This is not mere lip service, this is policy among the elite. They have a plan!

You know he’s including himself in that statement. What he actually means is the non-elite, the serfs, the plebes, but not the aristocrats, not the ruling class.

This is not a new thought among the elite, look at what the Queen of England's husband had to say. PrincePhillipThis guy makes Dracula look good!

It’s the theme of 3 of its new 10 commandments of the Georgia Guidestones:  the 1st 2 and the last:

1. Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.

2. Guide reproduction wisely - improving fitness and diversity.

3. Unite humanity with a living new language.

4. Rule passion - faith - tradition - and all things with tempered reason.

5. Protect people and nations with fair laws and just courts.

6. Let all nations rule internally resolving external disputes in a world court.

7. Avoid petty laws and useless officials.

8. Balance personal rights with social duties.

9. Prize truth - beauty - love - seeking harmony with the infinite.

10.Be not a cancer on the earth - Leave room for nature - Leave room for nature.

And we mustn't forget Henry Kissinger’s ‘useless eaters’ remark.

Attenborough: Humans are plague on Earth...

Humans are a plague on the Earth that need to be controlled by limiting population growth, according to Sir David Attenborough.

Sir Attenborough said commentary from presenters like himself are becoming less necessary as camera work is able to tell a story. The television presenter said that humans are threatening their own existence and that of other species by using up the world’s resources.

He said the only way to save the planet from famine and species extinction is to limit human population growth.

By Louise Gray, Environment Correspondent

“We are a plague on the Earth. It’s coming home to roost over the next 50 years or so. It’s not just climate change; it’s sheer space, places to grow food for this enormous horde. Either we limit our population growth or the natural world will do it for us, and the natural world is doing it for us right now,” he told the Radio Times.

Sir David, who is a patron of the Optimum Population Trust, has spoken out before about the “frightening explosion in human numbers” and the need for investment in sex education and other voluntary means of limiting population in developing countries.

“We keep putting on programmes about famine in Ethiopia; that’s what’s happening. Too many people there. They can’t support themselves — and it’s not an inhuman thing to say. It’s the case. Until humanity manages to sort itself out and get a coordinated view about the planet it’s going to get worse and worse.”

Sir David, whose landmark series are repeated from Monday on BBC2, starting with Life on Earth, has also spoken out about the change in wildlife documentaries during his lifetime.

The 86-year-old said commentary from presenters like himself are becoming less necessary as camera work is able to tell a story.

“I’m not sure there’s any need for a new Attenborough,” he said. “The more you go on, the less you need people standing between you and the animal and the camera waving their arms about.

“It’s much cheaper to get someone in front of a camera describing animal behaviour than actually showing you [the behaviour]. That takes a much longer time. But the kind of carefully tailored programmes in which you really work at the commentary, you really match pictures to words, is a bit out of fashion now … regarded as old hat.”

Ever heard of the battle of Athens, TN? It wouldn't have happened without the 2nd amendment!

Why do I need a semi-automatic rifle with 30 round clips, because the government has full-automatic rifles with 30 round clips!

Little Known History - Athens, Tennessee 1946 - "Revolt of Athens"
Never heard about this before now...

They, the media and liberals keep telling us we "don't need" semi auto firearms or magazines that hold more than 5 or 10 rounds. The movie will show you just one reason. What good is the rest of the constitution without the 2nd amendment?
Little Known History - Athens, Tennessee 1946.

This film may explain why Obama's Department of Homeland Security put out a bulletin classifying "returning veterans," "gun rights advocates," and "people who carry copies of the Constitution" as a domestic terror threat.

" An armed man is a citizen - A disarmed man is a subject."
Many are completely unaware of this event that took place in Athens, TN in 1946. I did not know an armed revolt on American soil by WWII veterans ever took place during our lifetime. A very sobering video to say the least.

Now the second amendment should be a little clearer to everyone.
This short video is well worth the time.

Wake County Sheriff, NC, does not have your back on gun control!

But there is hope for Wayne County. Sheriff Winders sounds like a real patriotic, Harrison, not so much! He sounds like a politician!

NC gun enthusiasts grill sheriffs over proposed gun bans

By Paul A. Specht The News and Observer

ZEBULON -- Roles were reversed Wednesday night as three North Carolina sheriffs were questioned by gun enthusiasts concerned about the future of their Second Amendment right to bear arms.

The Fargo Cattle Company Steakhouse was filled with hundreds of gun owners – and several local politicians – for an emergency meeting called by the Moccasin Creek Minutemen, whose approximately 100 members describe themselves as “Constitutionalists.”

Because no standing room remained in the restaurant’s banquet hall, many listened to the meeting through speakers in the parking lot when Franklin County Sheriff Jerry Jones, Wake County Sheriff Donnie Harrison and Wayne County Sheriff Carey Winders took the microphone.

Eight hours earlier, President Barack Obama announced proposals and executive actions that would, among other things, ban certain assault weapons and tighten the nation’s system of background checks.

Those attending Wednesday night’s meeting repeatedly asked the same question: Will North Carolina sheriffs, under any circumstance, ever enforce federal laws that required them to seize certain firearms?

Winders said obeying an executive order is “not in the law, not in the Constitution,” and declared: “I’m not going to be going around taking guns from law-abiding citizens. Harrison said they’d be “obliged to enforce (the law).”

Their answers were met with outbursts that questioned their oath to uphold the Constitution.

“There’s a line I’ve drawn for myself,” said Mark Barnes of Knightdale, pausing to look directly at Harrison. “Do not come to my house and take my guns.”

Joe Taylor, a member of the Minutemen who organized the event, stepped in front of Harrison at one point and waved his arms in an attempt to restore order to the room.

“You may not like what you hear, but at least let (the sheriffs) say it,” Taylor said.

Taylor said prior to the meeting that he intended for it to be educational – not political. While the speakers mostly focused on local gun laws, however, many audience members said they were more interested in hearing the sheriffs’ political views.

Bobby Pittman of Wilson says he’s concerned that he may have to curb his recreational shooting of AR-15 rifles because of new restrictions or bans.

“I wanted to know if the sheriff had my back,” Pittman said. “Tonight, I learned my Second Amendment rights aren’t as God-given as I thought.”

WILD! Rapper at Inauguration Concert Tossed From Stage After Anti-Obama Rant (Video)

It was supposed to be all about hopey-changey stuff.

Posted by Jim Hoft on Monday, January 21, 2013, 6:51 AM

Instead it became an Obama bash when rapper Lupe Fiasco started trashing Obama.
That’s when security threw him off the stage and escorted him from the premises.
Too funny.
Nice party, libs.

The Daily Caller reported:

Rapper Lupe Fiasco was thrown offstage and escorted off the premises of a Washington, D.C. concert hall during a pre-inauguration concert Sunday night, after going on an anti-war, anti-Obama rant, according to concertgoers.

Josh Rogin, a reporter with Foreign Policy magazine, tweeted late Sunday, “Lupe Fiasco just got thrown off stage here at the Hamilton Live after he went on an anti-Obama diatribe mid set.”

“So Lupe played one anti-war song for 30 min and said he didn’t vote for Obama,” he continued, ”and eventually was told to move on to the next song…Lupe refused to move to the next song so a team of security guards came on stage and told him to go.”

Another attendee at the StartUp RockOn event tweeted, “Things going terribly wrong at @lupefiasco performance during#SURO. Kicked off stage, bashing obama…”

More… Janet K. added:

Hey, where’s the freedom of expression charge that the left drops immediately when someone non-left demands decency? We’re seeing the left for what it really is and wants. Being completely unchained from constitutional restraints.

“Tutto nello Stato, niente al di fuori dello Stato, nulla contro lo Stato” (“Everything in the State, nothing outside the State, nothing against the State”)

Starting to see the picture yet? The terrorists has always been you.

From the day the towers fell the government refused to link terrorism and Islam. In fact,  the government went out of it’s way to try to dispel any notion of any such linkage. And you thought it was to protect non radicals from discrimination. All along they were conditioning us to be seen as the terrorists. We are not patriots, we’re terrorists! Even West Point says so

The Department of Homeland Security was not to created to protect the people of the homeland, it was created to protect the government from the people of the homeland!

Second Amendment Advocates Painted As Terrorists In Ohio Drill

WSAZ_HAZMAT6I have told many friends that I believe that there is a major shift taking place in how people are being defined in this country. No longer do we really hear about the radical Islamists in the media, but rather we are hearing about how the National Rifle Association is a terrorist organization or how Christians or people that believe in the Constitution or those that believe in the Second Amendment are the real terrorists in America. Well now, that is being put into practice.

WSAZ reports that a mock training exercise in which an operation was conducted near Municipal Stadium in Portsmouth on Thursday. The drille involved a dead science teacher and weapons of mass destruction.

The Ohio Army National Guard and responders in hazmat suits played out the drill.

According to WSAZ:

The mock disaster training exercise is being done with Scioto County first responders and the Ohio Army National Guard 52nd Civil Support Unit.

“It’s the reality of the world we live in,” says Portsmouth Police Chief Bill Raisin. “Don’t forget there is such a thing as domestic terrorism. This helps us all be prepared.”

The make-believe scenario is timely. Two school employees who are disgruntled over the government’s interpretation of the Second Amendment, plot to use chemical, biological and radiological agents against members of the local community.

Has there been an event that this is based on? Not to my knowledge. In fact, if Ohio would have been honest in this scenario, they would have simply had their people standing around, because those of us who differ with this administration’s interpretation of the Second Amendment would not engage in a preemptive attack that would endanger the lives of our fellow Americans.

VP ‘Bite Me’, the gaffster-in-chief

Biden: 'I'm Proud To Be President'

By Noel Sheppard | January 20, 2013 | 10:20

Joe Biden the gaffe machine was at it again Saturday.

Speaking at the Iowa State Society inauguration ball, the Vice President said, "I'm proud to be President of the United States" (video follows with transcribed highlights and commentary):

After some laughter and a nudge from someone on stage, Biden corrected himself.

"I'm proud to be Vice President of the United States," he said, "and I'm prouder to be Barack Obama, President Barack Obama's Vice President."

"Well, there goes that," Biden joked. "Look, on a serious note, I guess I'm lucky to get back to a serious note."

This of course wasn't the first time Biden was confused about who's in the White House. In November, he referred to Obama as President Clinton.

But that's only the beginning:

Biden's the Gaffe King, Not Ryan

MRC Calls on Media to Spotlight Biden's Numerous Gaffes on Eve of Convention Speech

ABC, CBS and NBC Bury Bumbling Biden's Most Embarrassing Moments

Biden's Green Bay Gaffe: Claims Only 1,980 Troops Have Died in Afghanistan

Coulter: 'Biden’s Gaffes Aren't That Damaging to Obama Because Media Is So Playing a Part in This Campaign'

Buchanan: 'Biden Makes One or Two More Gaffes There Is Going to be Real Apprehension in Democrat Party'

Peggy Noonan: If Biden Were Republican Meet the Press's Topic Would Be 'How Stupid Is This Person?'

Giuliani: If Biden Were a Republican Making These Gaffes 'He'd Be Plastered All Over the Media'

And this is a man America's media will gleefully support in 2016 if he wins his party's nomination for president.

The Matrix, the left/right paradigm, and Bill Buckley…who knew?

I spoke of the left/right paradigm; the modern conservative movement was hatched by the venerable William F. Buckley. Do you know who Buckley really was? I didn't until I became astonished that the liberals always, always got their way no matter what party was in power. Just using statistical modeling that's an impossibility. If they always win there's a reason; the game is rigged.BanksterCabalWhy is it the best the GOP can offer in the last 2 elections was a RINO war hero with no fight and a RINO Mormon? By the way, I left the GOP when they chose McCain, I registered as unafilliated. But I was a staunch Bushite in spite of his big spending and weak stance on immigration. That changed the day he said he had to abandon free market principles in order to save free markets. That was when he and Goldman Sach's Hank Paulson walked up to a bank of microphones on the white house, or capital, steps and declared that we had to fork over $800 billion or the world economy was going to collapse. And we had to give it to Hank, no strings attached, to divy out as he saw fit, with no oversight, hell with no hind sight either. We couldn't even question him after he spent the money as to how he spent it!DavidRockefellerGlobalists

This happened right before the elections. If McCain hadn't done enough already to lose it that cinched it for Barak Hussein Obama. A full scaled economic crisis right before the elections, yeah, that really helped the GOP. They worked together to put Obama into the White House!committee300

Bill Buckley’s Strange History Revealed

By Michael Collins Piper

William F. Buckley Jr. is dead. The demise of the ex-CIA man-turned-pundit sparked a shameless wave of over-the top media encomiums for the longtime publisher of National Review, a so-called “conservative” journal many suspected had been (from the beginning) no more than a stylish—if boring—CIA “front.”

The nature of the lavish media praise for Buckley was best reflected by the liberal New York Times which went so far as to claim—in all seriousness—that “people of many political stripes came to see his life as something of an art form” because—among other things—Buckley rode motorcycles.

However, despite the hagiography of Buckley in the press, the full story of his intrigue has yet to be told. Although accounts of his record were much on target—in one respect—what was not said about Buckley is more revealing.

The fact is—as The New York Times asserted—Buckley did weave “the tapestry of what became the new American conservatism” during the 1950s. Using National Review as his forum, Buckley did, as the Times said, help “define the conservative movement.”

Claiming Buckley’s “greatest achievement was making conservatism . . . respectable in liberal post-World War II America,” the Times cited a Buckley crony as declaring that, without Buckley, “there probably would be no respectable conservative movement in this country.”

What all of this means is that in the early 1950s, Buckley and a clique of associates appointed themselves the new conservative leaders—pompously calling themselves “responsible conservatives”—and loudly announced (with enthusiastic media support) that all who dared to advocate old fashioned America First nationalism or to oppose U.S. meddling in endless wars abroad were no longer even to be considered “conservative” at all.

The “Buckleyites” pronounced themselves boldly internationalist, intent on “winning” the ColdWar, even at the expense of a hot war. They had no desire to bring American troops home to protect America. Instead, they were venturing out on a global imperium, and old-style conservative concerns about big government. That socialism (big government) must be the inevitable consequence of military adventurism was pushed aside.

Buckley acknowledged on Jan. 25, 1952 when he wrote in Commonweal, a liberal journal, that he was willing to support what he called “Big Government” for “the duration [of the Cold War]” because—he said—only “a totalitarian bureaucracy within our shores” could ensure total victory over the communist menace.
The new conservatism was not new at all. In fact, Buckley’s “contribution” to conservatism was introduction of a host of longtime Trotskyite (Marxist) communists as voices for “modern conservative thought.”

Foremost among them, James Burnham, only 20 years earlier, had been Jewish Bolshevik Leon Trotsky’s “chief spokesman” in American “intellectual” circles. Then, during World War II, Burnham worked for the Zionist- and Trotskyite-infested Office of Strategic Services, forerunner of the CIA, which later recruited Buckley while he was at Yale.

After the war, when Soviet strongman (and Trotsky foe) Josef Stalin began moving against the Zionists and the Trotskyites (who were, in most respects, one and the same) Burnham became a so-called “anticommunist
liberal.”

The term “anti-communist liberal”—in the Cold War—was effectively a euphemism for describing Trotskyites in America. But, led by Burnham and Buckley, the Trotskyites began transmogrifying, through the venue of National Review, into what ultimately are the now-infamous “neo-conservatives” of today.

While traditional American anti-communists wanted to contain Stalinist Russia, the Trotskyites wanted all-out war, so much so that one of Burnham’s leading critics was American historian Dr. Harry Elmer Barnes, who described Burnham’s shrill calls for war as being “most dangerous and un-American.”
In fact, Burnham—this Trotskyite—was the chief theoretician for National Review for more than 20 years.

Another Buckley collaborator wasMarvin Liebman—yet another “ex-communist”—who had smuggled arms for the Irgun terrorist gang that killed Christians, Muslims and even Jews in the drive to establish a Zionist state in Palestine. While Buckley ran the “idea” end of the carefully orchestrated seizure of the conservative movement, Leibman ran the business end, assembling massive lists of conservative Americans, most of whom had no idea their movement was being manipulated by forces that were hardly “conservative” at all.

That Buckley should traffic with a figure in the Zionist underground may have involved ulterior motives: Buckley’s father—a rich oil man—was later revealed to have lucrative petroleum interests in Israel, among other places.

n addition, the late conservative Chicago Tribune columnist Walter Trojan, a highly respected name in journalism, told intimates that although Buckley was widely touted as a devout “Irish Catholic,” Buckley’s mother was from a German-Jewish family in New Orleans named Steiner that converted to Roman Catholicism, something common for many New Orleans Jewish families in the 18th and 19th centuries.

Whatever his heritage, young Buckley—enthusiastically encouraged by friendly promoters in the major media—authoritatively began to declare what was permissible for American conservatives to discuss: Anyone who raised questions about such issues as Zionism or the role of big international money in dictating the course of world affairs was a “conspiracy theorist” who was “beyond the pale” and delving into “fever swamps” from which Buckley vowed it was his singular mission to exterminate such pestilence, in particular that of “anti-Semitism.”

Considering all of this, Buckley watchers were not surprised that “WFB” was invited to join the Council on Foreign Relations, the New York affiliate of the London-based Royal Institute of International Affairs, the foreign policy making arm of the Rothschild banking empire. Many conservatives tried to explain Buckley’s CFR membership by saying Buckley would be a good counterpoint to the predominantly “liberal” point of view perceived to reign at CFR headquarters.
But when Buckley popped up in Cesme, Turkey in 1975 at the conclave of the even more powerful international Bilderberg group, established under the auspices of the Rothschild empire and its junior partners, the Rockefeller family, more people began to get the big picture.

And, when Buckley advocated legalizing marijuana and giving away the American canal in Panama, a lot of conservatives were apoplectic.

However, there were traditional conservatives who were able to withstand the Trotskyite-Zionist onslaught of the Buckley organism poisoning the conservative movement.

That’s why a particular Buckley target was the expanding populist movement surrounding Liberty Lobby, founded by Willis Carto in 1955. Buckley was incensed that Liberty Lobby was growing exponentially with grass-roots support, whereas his publication received a substantial base of its subscriptions from purchases made by U.S. government propaganda agencies such as the Voice of America and U.S. propaganda libraries around the world.

When Buckley published a 1971 smear of Carto, sworn testimony later revealed that a primary source for the smear was syndicated columnist Jack Anderson.
Along with his mentor, the late Drew Pearson, Anderson had bragged that much of the garbage they peddled came from the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) of B’nai B’rith, a known conduit for Israel’s spy agency, the Mossad.

Pearson’s own ex-mother-in-law, newspaper publisher Cissy Patterson, once called Pearson “both undercover agent and mouthpiece for the ADL.”

After Liberty Lobby launched an extended investigation of Buckley and his affairs, some details (but not all of them) were published in The Spotlight, Buckley then filed a libel suit against Liberty Lobby in 1980.

And—not coincidentally—this came not long after Buckley’s longtime friend and former colleague in the CIA station in Mexico City, E. Howard Hunt, one of the former Watergate burglars, had filed his own lawsuit against Liberty Lobby.
Not only was the CIA providing Hunt with money and attorneys, but Buckley was helping fund Hunt’s lawsuit, even as Buckley was waging his own legal assault on the populist institution.

In the end, in 1985—under the skillful defense of attorney Mark Lane—Hunt’s lawsuit was dealt a devastating defeat, as later described in Lane’s best-selling book, Plausible Denial as well as this writer’s Final Judgment.

The jury concluded—just as The Spotlight had said—that there had been CIA involvement in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy and that Hunt had somehow been involved. Although Hunt denied under oath that he had any knowledge of any conspiracy to kill Kennedy, he later admitted, in a deathbed confession publicized by his own sons, that he did have foreknowledge of the impending assassination.

And, for the record, it should be noted that there were published allegations that Buckley himself may have had some role in the JFK conspiracy.

In any event, not long after Hunt’s lawsuit was scuttled, Buckley’s case against Liberty Lobby came to trial. Although Buckley sued for millions of dollars, the jury awarded Buckley only a dollar (plus $1,000 in punitive
damages). When the verdict was announced, a Buckley supporter in the courtroom burst into tears.

Buckley and his cronies may have had the last laugh, however. A CIA intriguer with ties to operations of Israel’s Mossad later orchestrated another legal case against Liberty Lobby that led to its destruction in 2001 at the hands of a federal judge (himself tied to Mossad intrigue).

One of the individuals helping fund that lawsuit was longtime Buckley associate, ex-priest and best-selling author Malachi Martin, who—when not penning articles for Buckley—was writing for the American Jewish Committee’s Commentary magazine.

Prior to that Martin had acted as a destructive Zionist agent inside the Second Vatican Council during the early 1960s, a role exposed by such diverse writers as the late Revilo P. Oliver, Michael A. Hoffman II, and Lawrence Patterson of Criminal Politics magazine. [See Michael Collins Piper’s The Judas Goats for the entire story.—Ed.]

Buckley is gone, but his ugly legacy remains.
