This is a tactic used by someone who doesn’t want to answer a damaging question. Why not just answer the question?

Ask the guy who made the video what difference it makes! You’ll need to go during visitors hours because he wound behind bars for an issue no one cared about until the deceptive accusations came out

Ask the families of the dead Americans what difference does it make!

By the way, back to the guy behind bars, this is why the government makes so many laws. The more laws they make the more lawbreakers they make. That comes in handy when someone gives them some grief, just investigate them for a violations of the thousands of laws they’ve created, then sock it to them!

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was asked about ascertaining whether the Benghazi terror attack was the result of a protest by Senator Ron Johnson. "What difference would it make?" Clinton shouted, seemingly losing her cool.

"With all due respect, the fact is we had four dead Americans. Was it because of a protest or was it because of guys out for a walk one night decided to go kill some Americans? What difference at this point does it make?"

They should pay for the death of those four Americans!
