HAARP Busted?. Weather map of Mississippi River flood posted on 4/22/2011 Watch Page for 5/15-26/2011 flood event

I went to the FEMA site to verify and they have a notice saying the map was removed 5/16/2011. I embedded the video now let’s see if it will play…it’s not showing up on my preview screen.
