JUDICIAL TYRANNY: Judge said citizens had no “standing” to challenge how their own elections are run

North Carolina Alert…Change in election becomes black-and-white controversy

The U.S. Justice Department has demanded – and a federal judge has agreed – that residents of a North Carolina city cannot make their municipal elections nonpartisan because the Obama administration representatives don’t like the possible outcomes that could result.

The result comes in a recent case involving Kinston, where voters overwhelmingly – the victory margin was about 2-1 – decided they wanted to leave the political affiliations off of candidates’ names in their city elections.

Not so fast, said Barack Obama’s Justice Department. If the affiliations are left off, a few white voters might not know who was the Democrat, and they might vote for a member of another party, the federal officials warned, and that can’t be allowed.

After city officials waffled before the demand, several citizens challenged the order in court, and now a judge has turned them back without ruling on the issue itself. The judge said the citizens – taxpayers and voters in the city – had no “standing” to challenge how their own elections are run.

Scientists claim: created downpours in the desert

SHOCK CLAIM: Technology created 50 rainstorms in Abu Dhabi's desert region last year

For centuries people living in the Middle East have dreamed of turning the sandy desert into land fit for growing crops with fresh water on tap.

Now that holy grail is a step closer after scientists employed by the ruler of Abu Dhabi claim to have generated a series of downpours.

Fifty rainstorms were created last year in the state's eastern Al Ain region using technology designed to control the weather.

Dry as dust: The sand dunes of the United Arab Emirates, which sees no rain at all for months. Now a secret project has brought storms to Abu Dhabi

Plan: Scientists are attempting to make clouds in the desert to give man control over the weather

Plan: Scientists are attempting to make clouds in the desert to give man control over the weather

Most of the storms were at the height of the summer in July and August when there is  no rain at all.

People living in Abu Dhabi were baffled by the rainfall which sometimes turned into hail and included gales and lightening.

Iranian Missiles Can Strike Israel in 12 Minutes

WikiLeaks Cable

JERUSALEM -- Israel would have only 10 to 12 minutes to prepare for an Iranian missile attack, according to a new cable written by the U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv and released by WikiLeaks.

The cable was published in the Norwegian newspaper Aftenposten and quotes Israel's outgoing chief of staff, Lt. Gen. Gabi Ashkenazi, speaking to a U.S. congressional delegation in November 2009.

The WAR against Christianity

The attacks that have been raging against our freedoms, accelerated over the last few decades, is really a war against Christ and everything Christian. It’s been disguised as a war of left against right, of socialism against conservatism, but it’s becoming clearer and clearer Christ is the target.

3 U.S. military giants speak out on sex rules

What do military heroes think of sex experiments?

Their biographies read like the script for an action movie, except perhaps the movie wouldn't have quite so much action: Flying military missions over enemy territory, sending coded messages while captured, firefights in exotic locales from Vietnam to Iran to Mogadishu, Oval Office briefings and faceoffs with communists in Nicaragua.

These three retired military giants, U.S. Navy Cmdr. Eugene B. McDaniel, Lt. Gen. William G. Boykin and Adm. Jeremiah Denton, have scoured their experiences and come to the conclusion that using the military services for social experiments regarding homosexuality poses a huge danger to America's future.

"My outlook tells me we should pray the words 'God bless America' and immediately after that prayer offer another, 'God help America,'" Denton told WND regarding the plan by Congress and Barack Obama that is intended to allow openly homosexual behaviorial choices inside the ranks of the Army, Navy, Coast Guard and Marines.

States Rights: The 10th Amendment may be the only way to restore the Republic!

THE REAL MEANING OF MIND CONTROL

It's estimated that, in 1776, there were 2.5 million people living in the 13 American colonies.

That's 13 colonial governments for 2.5 million people.

Now, we have one city government serving 8.4 million people in New York City.

We have one city government serving 3.8 million people in Los Angeles.

Yes, these cities have smaller districts or boroughs with their own governments, but you get the idea. Greater and greater numbers of people with less and less real contact with their government.

We have one federal government that serves 300 million people.

I doubt that Jefferson or Madison truly envisioned the extent of the population explosion. Their plan for central government supposed that elected representatives would be closer to the people.

So how can this happen now?

Answer: Local and state governments should exercise much greater power than the federal government. And by power, I don't mean invasive force; I mean decision-making.

You can't hope for a Republic when 300 million people fall under the sway of a single central government. It's sheer madness.

One more reason for 10th Amendment nullification. Which is to say, state governments asserting, in no uncertain terms, that they refuse to honor federal laws which exceed the enumerated federal powers explicitly granted in the Constitution.

Bush left Obama with a huge slush fund when he left office. Was that the plan?

'President Obama inherited $800 billion of walking-around money with no guidelines'

(CNN) – The incoming House Oversight and Government Reform chairman on Sunday tried to clarify his recent remarks to Rush Limbaugh where he called President Obama "one of the most corrupt presidents in modern times."

Rep. Darrell Issa said he meant to say the Obama administration instead of the president.

"When you hand out $1 trillion in TARP (Troubled Asset Relief Program) just before this president came in, most of it unspent, $1 trillion nearly in stimulus, that this president asked for, plus this huge expansion in health care and government, it has a corrupting effect," Issa said on CNN's "State of the Union."

Although TARP – the program passed in 2008 intended to strengthen the financial sector by purchasing assets from financial institutions – was passed by Congress under the Bush administration, Issa said the unregulated funds were used by Obama like "presidential earmarks."

But the California Republican also admitted Congress shares some of the blame.

"All of that would not have been possible if Congress had done its job," Issa told CNN Chief White House Correspondent Ed Henry. "Instead what happened was we gave President Bush (the money and) President Obama inherited $800 billion worth of walking-around money with no guidelines."
