Rads ye gads: Pacific Ocean radioactive from Japan to the West coast of America

Does anyone know what this means? What effects from this Fukushima radioactivity spreading always across the Pacific ocean can we expect?

Are the fish radioactive? Will sea life in the Pacific start to die out. Are we facing a dead ocean.

Will the radiation be picked up in the clouds and rain down on the continent?

There was an article recently stating the rainfall from the recent typhoon was heavier than expected so even more contaminated water leaked into the ocean over the containment walls.

It must not be a big deal because you don’t find reports about it in the major media. The reports are mostly in local media, blogs, and alternative news sites on the net.
