All of the meaningful relationships I have, professionally or personally, start to one degree or another by being able to trust in that person as to not have to worry what they are doing behind my back.
Now, the only relationship I have with the U.S. Congress is that some of my hard earned tax dollars goes to pay their salaries. The level of trust I have in them is zilch, zero, nothing.
I wouldn't trust this bunch of modern day Mafioso (with apologies to the Mafioso) to shovel out the stalls in my barn, they'd probably try to steal my horses.
Right now it's Sunday afternoon and I just heard on TV that the Senate is in session today and instead of wondering what public business they are taking care of, all I can think is, "I wonder what kind of underhanded scumbag tricks Harry and his cohorts are going to pull on us today?"

As most libertarians and tea partiers know, Leftovers and pro-regressives have discovered debt as an issue and now want to use it to justify increased tax slavery.
For the past 10 years they have claimed that Bill Clinton produced budget surpluses. We always knew these "balanced budgets" involved placing major budget items (Social Security, government pensions, Medicare) off budget. And that any movement toward control of spending Clinton achieved were forced on him by gridlock with a GOP Congress.
Much as I too look nostalgically, under Obama-Pelosi-Reid, at both Clinton and gridlock, this myth is a lie.
But it turns out Clinton also stole money from various government trust funds as "loans" to cover up his deficits:
How much surplus did the US have when Clinton left office?
U.S. National Debtwww.ourfiscalfuture.org
Will the national debt push us over the falls? Find out.
Clinton ran deficits throught all 8 years of his term, and one can go to the US Treasury Department and looking through the history of the total outstanding debt throught Clintons term. (http://www.treasurydirect.gov/NP/BPDLogin?application=np)
Every year Clinton was in office, the total national debt continued to climb.
How Clinton managed to claim a surplus was that while the general operating budgets ran deficits but Clinton borrowed from numerous off budget funds to make the on budget fund a surplus.
For example, in 2000, Clinton claimed a $230B surplus, but Clinton borrowed
$152.3B from Social Security
$30.9B from Civil Service Retirement Fund
$18.5B from Federal Supplementary Medical insurance Trust Fund
$15.0B from Federal Hospital Insurance Trust Fund
$9.0B from the Federal Unemployment Trust Fund
$8.2B from Military Retirement Fund
$3.8B from Transportation Trust Funds
$1.8B from Employee Life Insurance & Retirement fund
$7.0B from others
Total borrowed from off budget funds $246.5B, meaning that his $230B surplus is actually a $16.5B deficit.
($246.5B borrowed - $230B claimed surplus = $16.5B actual deficit).
If there is ever a true surplus, then the national debt will go down.
True 'lies' about ObamaCare.
So the watchdog news outfit called PolitiFact has decided that its "lie of the year" is the phrase "a government takeover of health care." Ordinarily, lies need verbs and we'd leave the media criticism to others, but the White House has decided that PolitiFact's writ should be heard across the land and those words forever banished to describe ObamaCare.
They couldn’t see the winter conditions coming because they were duped
It's the coldest winter on record in Great Britain. Great Britain also has experienced its heaviest snowfalls since the 1920s. The mayor of London, who last year was subjected to a grilling in Parliament over the inability to keep the capital's roads clear, has asked why the government's Meteorological Office ("Met Office") didn't see this coming.
The answer is almost certainly an institutional faith in global-warming models that is starting to conflict with reality. The United States needs to make sure it does not go down Great Britain's unplowed road.
On Saturday, the world's Christians will join in prayer and celebration of the birth of Jesus. For too many of them, this worshipful act will take place under the threat of imprisonment, torture or execution.
"Christians are the religious group which suffers most from persecution on account of its faith," Pope Benedict XVI wrote in the Vatican's annual Peace Day message.
Yes America, you really did this to yourself!

It was a great innovation. Now I could see on my TV screen just where the ball had to go to get a first down. A yellow line on the screen looked just like it had been painted on the field. It was remarkable. How could they artificially insert a line that looked as if it was actually a part of the field. A player could step where it was and it looked as if his foot was on top of the line.
Forrest Gump shows up in a clip with LBJ, interacting with him. Moving through the scene as if he was actually there! He would move through the scene in and out, behind and in front of people and objects as though he was actually there.
Very entertaining! But, if they can do that for entertainment purposes, what other purposes could they use it for? The possibilities are frightening. We could be watching a live event on TV and not know whether it was real or computer enhanced – computer generated!
Parts of the spectacular Beijing Olympics opening ceremony on Friday were faked because of fears over live filming, it has emerged.
Organisers feared it would be too difficult to capture each footprint live so inserted computer graphics for viewers at home and in the Bird's Nest stadium
As the ceremony got under way with a dramatic, drummed countdown, viewers watching at home and on giant screens inside the Bird's Nest National Stadium watched as a series of giant footprints outlined in fireworks processed gloriously above the city from Tiananmen Square.
What they did not realise was that what they were watching was in fact computer graphics, meticulously created over a period of months and inserted into the coverage electronically at exactly the right moment.
Chinese officials have admitted deceiving the public over another highlight of the Olympic opening ceremony: the picture-perfect schoolgirl who sang as the Chinese flag entered the stadium was performing to another girl's voice.

As America’s ‘lame duck’ congress continues the democrats assault on freedom, the UK tightens the government’s grip on it’s sheeple
Rockefeller, CFR, Illuminati?
"World bankers, by pulling a few simple levers that control the flow of money, can make or break entire economies. By controlling press releases of economic strategies that shape national trends, the power elite are able to not only tighten their stranglehold on this nation's economic structure, but can extend that control world wide. Those possessing such power would logically want to remain in the background, invisible to the average citizen." (Aldous Huxley)
Wikleaks is upheld as a breakthrough in the battle against media disinformation and the lies of the US government.
I thought of him as one of the saviors of the republic during the Gore, Bush election. Now he’s a gay marriage proponent AND a supporter of the Ground Zero mosque. His wife was killed by muslims…I don’t get it!!!
President Obama's position in support of the right of a Muslim organization to build a community center near Ground Zero in New York is now picking up the endorsement of a very prominent 9/11 widower: Former Bush administration Solicitor General Ted Olson.
Olson's wife, the late conservative author and activist Barbara Olson, was a passenger aboard the plane that was hijacked and flown into the Pentagon. This afternoon, Olson appeared on Andrea Mitchell's MSNBC show to discuss his current high-profile legal work on behalf of gay marriage. Mitchell then also asked Olson for his opinion about the Cordoba House issue.
Bill Gross, Nouriel Roubini, Laurence Kotlikoff, Steve Keen, Michel Chossudovsky and the Wall Street Journal all say that the U.S. economy is a giant Ponzi scheme.
Virtually all independent economists and financial experts say that rampant fraud was largely responsible for the financial crisis. See this and this.
But many on Wall Street and in D.C. - and many investors - believe that we should just "go with the flow". They hope that we can restart our economy and make some more money if we just let things continue the way they are.
But the assumption that a system built on fraud can continue without crashing is false.
In fact, top economists and financial experts agree that - unless fraud is prosecuted - the economy cannot recover.
Fraud Leads to a Break Down in Trust and Instability in the Markets

Obama’s culture of neighbor spying on neighbor will create a climate of fear and mistrust! The unscrupulous will use this as an opportunity to falsely accuse rivals.
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia police say someone posted false information on Facebook identifying a city man as the Kensington Strangler. Now, police want to get the word out to protect the man from vigilante justice.
Police Lieutenant Ray Evers says police found out about the Facebook posting mid-Monday morning. The fan page had a photo of a man and his address.
“This fan page was saying this man was the Kensington Strangler. Looking at this picture, we notified Homicide and Special Victims and they said, no this male is not a subject in this investigation and is not wanted in this investigation.”
Evers says the man was at his mother’s home and people were gathering outside, so he called police to tell them it wasn’t him. The man was then escorted by 25th District Police to Special Victims where he was interviewed, and cleared, and then he was taken to Homicide.
“We utilized our own Facebook page, and it was our duty to say that this male was not wanted, was not a subject of our investigation.”
One more nail in the US citizen’s coffin. This would amount to a major enemies list for the regime! Trust them at your own peril!!!
The president already has claimed the right, without due process of law, to order the assignation of an American citizen he deems a terrorist threat. We may agree that that person is a terrorist threat and merits the action but what if Obama decides to target a militia activist in NC, or a returned vet in VA, or a tea party activist in NY?
The World War I-era law is broadly written and criminalizes anyone who possesses or transmits any "information relating to the national defense" which an individual has "reason to believe could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation."
The Obama administration is frantically trying to deliver a ratification win on the New START (or START II) nuclear arms treaty. The harder Democrats push the agreement, the more troubling questions arise.
On Sunday, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said, "It is time to move forward on a treaty that will help reverse nuclear proliferation and make it harder for terrorists to get their hands on a nuclear weapon." Rebranding START as a counterterrorism tool in this way is disingenuous.
The treaty has nothing to do with terrorism, and the word doesn't appear anywhere in the text. The treaty limits strategic nuclear warheads, weapons that terrorists wouldn't be able to deploy even if they had them.
Two groups representing American Muslims differed sharply Monday over revelations in The Washington Post about the sometimes-ignorant quality of local police training on radical Islam, with one group calling for a Justice Department investigation, the other saying it “is not a systematic problem.”
"Monitoring America," by staff reporters Dana Priest and William M. Arkin, cited examples of “experts” without formal training who are telling law enforcement groups that most U.S. Muslims want to take over America and replace the legal system with a strict code of religious laws known as sharia…
The Washington-based Council on American-Islamic Relations issued a statement calling on Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. “to review Justice Department policies on the reported use of anti-Muslim extremists to train counterterrorism officials nationwide.”
"The use of ill-informed and agenda-driven 'experts' will inevitably result in law enforcement practices that are based on misinformation, not on our nation's legitimate security needs," CAIR’s National Executive Director Nihad Awad said in a letter to Holder.

The word amnesty riles me up, but if someone has committed no offense themselves, is it amnesty? Linda Chaves has a great article on the subject.
Written by Linda Chavez
…Many of those eligible to participate came as babes in arms or as young children. While their parents committed a civil offense -- not a criminal one, as many people seem, wrongly, to believe -- the kids had no choice in the matter.
Nonetheless, this amnesty would not be automatic; it would be earned. Only those who successfully completed at least two years of college or military service would be eligible-and they would have to demonstrate good moral character.
Do Republicans really want to tell young people who've lived here most of their lives, who may speak no other language but English, and who are even willing to sacrifice themselves on the battlefield for the protection of all Americans: "We don't want you"?
What are the alternatives -- let them continue to live in the shadows or deport them? Not even the most aggressively anti-immigration groups are calling for the latter.
And I was at – forgive the expression – a Christmas party…," NPR's Totenberg said on PBS this weekend.

NEW YORK (AP) — New York's incoming governor, Democrat Andrew Cuomo, says he won't raise taxes even though he will inherit a budget deficit of at least $9 billion when he takes office in January.
Ohio Republican Gov.-elect John Kasich is promising to cut taxes, despite a shortfall of about $8 billion.
And in California, incoming Democratic Gov. Jerry Brown — who ardently pursued innovative clean energy and environmental protection programs during his first stint in office, in the revenue-rich 1970s and '80s — will have to figure out this time how to close a budget gap projected at more than $25 billion…
…"You have to redesign and refocus state governments around what are the real functions of state government. If it's not a core function, don't do it," he said
Overdrawn American cities could face financial collapse in 2011, defaulting on hundreds of billions of dollars of borrowings and derailing the US economic recovery. Nor are European cities safe – Florence, Barcelona, Madrid, Venice: all are in trouble

More than 100 American cities could go bust next year as the debt crisis that has taken down banks and countries threatens next to spark a municipal meltdown, a leading analyst has warned.
Meredith Whitney, the US research analyst who correctly predicted the global credit crunch, described local and state debt as the biggest problem facing the US economy, and one that could derail its recovery.

With virtually no chance of any movement on ‘climate change’ in the legislature after it was exposed as a fraud by the ‘Climategate’ emails, the progressives find a way to give it new life…call it a national security issue and give it to Homeland Security!
It makes as much sense as giving NASA a primary mission of improving relations with Islam!
(CNSNews.com) - At an all-day White House conference on "environmental justice," Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano announced that her department is creating a new task force to battle the effects of climate change on domestic security operations.
At first glance this headline conjured up fears of trash collectors rummaging through citizens trash and spying for the government.
After reading the article though, it seems like a pretty good idea. Let’s hope it doesn’t morph.

Unemployment compensation extension, where will the money come from?
Hawaii Joins 31 States in Borrowing Millions from the Federal Government to Cover Unemployment Benefits
BY MALIA ZIMMERMAN - Hawaii has applied to be the 32nd state to borrow from the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration to pay state unemployment benefits.
Hawaii will temporarily take up to $30 million this December to cover payments to the state’s 17,000 unemployed workers who lost their jobs within the last 26 weeks.
That is the beginning of what will likely be an 18-month borrowing streak, says state Department of Labor and Industrial Relations Interim Director Pearl Imada Iboshi, who notes that the state could need as much as $30 million a month from the federal government to cover Hawaii’s fund.
States have borrowed an estimated $40 billion from the federal government for unemployment benefits. Meanwhile, federal unemployment benefits coming from stimulus funds over the last two years ran out November 30, 2010, and won’t be renewed. That impacts the state’s 11,000 people unemployed between 27 and 99 weeks.
However,[for Hawaii’s businesses] there are tax hikes coming anyway. Several business advocacy organizations and business owners were concerned with the rates that will force employers to pay an average per employee of $630 in 2010, $970 in 2011, $1,560 in 2012 and $1,600 in 2013. This compares to $90 per employee in 2007.
The following report contains material that may not be appropriate for children to read.
When U.S. officials such as President Barack Obama, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Defense Secretary Robert Gates discuss the war in Afghanistan and make claims of success in that fledgling democracy, one issue that's avoided is the widespread sexual intercourse between Afghan men and young boys. In non- diplomatic terms, Afghanistan is a haven for child rape.
In a country that is considered overly repressive due to its adherence to the precepts contained in the Muslim religion's Koran, it's difficult for American servicemembers and diplomats to understand the fact that a large portion of the Afghan male population are pedophiles (adults who enjoy sexual contact with prepubescent children) or pederasts (adults who enjoy sexual relations with pubescent or post-pubescent children).
US diplomatic cables released by Wikileaks state that the government of Cuba banned Michael Moore's 2007 documentary, Sicko, "because it painted such a 'mythically' favourable picture of Cuba's healthcare system that the authorities feared it could lead to a 'popular backlash', according to US diplomats in Havana."
What, those gleaming hospitals aren't available to everyone in Cuba? And you can't believe everything you see in a Michael Moore movie? Say it ain't so! Snip:
The revelation, contained in a confidential US embassy cable released by WikiLeaks , is surprising, given that the film attempted to discredit the US healthcare system by highlighting what it claimed was the excellence of the Cuban system.
But the memo reveals that when the film was shown to a group of Cuban doctors, some became so "disturbed at the blatant misrepresentation of healthcare in Cuba that they left the room". Castro's government apparently went on to ban the film because, the leaked cable claims, it "knows the film is a myth and does not want to risk a popular backlash by showing to Cubans facilities that are clearly not available to the vast majority of them."

Nine years after the terrorist attacks of 2001, the United States is assembling a vast domestic intelligence apparatus to collect information about Americans, using the FBI, local police, state homeland security offices and military criminal investigators.
The system, by far the largest and most technologically sophisticated in the nation's history, collects, stores and analyzes information about thousands of U.S. citizens and residents, many of whom have not been accused of any wrongdoing…
…This localized intelligence apparatus is part of a larger Top Secret America created since the attacks. In July, The Washington Post described an alternative geography of the United States, one that has grown so large, unwieldy and secretive that no one knows how much money it costs, how many people it employs or how many programs exist within it.
Today's story, along with related material on The Post's Web site, examines how Top Secret America plays out at the local level. It describes a web of 4,058 federal, state and local organizations, each with its own counterterrorism responsibilities and jurisdictions. At least 935 of these organizations have been created since the 2001 attacks or became involved in counterterrorism for the first time after 9/11.
The months-long investigation, based on nearly 100 interviews and 1,000 documents, found that:

Imagine that I break my arm, but instead of getting a cast I take a big shot of morphine. The drug will make me feel better, but it won’t fix my arm. When the effect wears off, the pain will come back. And instead of being restored to their proper position, my bones will remain out of place, perhaps solidifying there, which will surely mean chronic pain in the long run.
Stimulus spending is like morphine. It might feel good in the short term for the beneficiaries of the money, but it doesn’t help repair the economy. And it causes more damage if it gets in the way of a proper recovery.

Orwell's 1984 and Huxley's Brave New World were not works of science fiction but were visions written by insiders who knew what the long range plans were. They were telling us what the future would be like
Here is how they mold us: My government has my best interest at heart. My government knows what I need. I can trust my government, blah, blah, blah. I’m suspicious of those who don’t trust my government.
It will take some brain cell activity but if we’ve not been sufficiently dumbed down by toxins in our water, food, and air, and by the media, academia, and entertainment, we’ve got a chance!

WTC episode missing, FEMA camp episode missing, Pentagon episode missing…I wonder if this article will disappear.
It's not only at the World Trade Center where nagging questions remain. Why is it that there are a dozen angles of footage of the Twin Towers being stuck by airliners, and not a single one of the Pentagon? After the Pentagon was hit, the FBI immediately mobilized and commandeered security-camera footage from nearby private businesses. For years, the FBI denied that they had confiscated anything and the only footage that existed was recorded by two grainy security cameras from the Pentagon itself. Eventually, after years of Freedom of Information Act requests, the FBI released two videotapes—one from a local hotel, the other from a nearby gas station. They revealed nothing. Why did the government refuse to admit it had additional tapes in its possession? Did they somehow alter the footage they eventually released in order to cover up something?

This should have been in blaring headlines subsequent to the World Trade Center event.
When Professor Steven Jones of Brigham Young University conducted tests on dust from the World Trade Center, he found traces of the highly flammable explosive super-thermite, also known as nano-thermite. A combination of powdered iron oxide and aluminum, super-thermite burns at 2,500 degrees Celsius when ignited-much, much hotter than even jet fuel.
The presence of super-thermite residue in the ashes of Ground Zero might also explain another mystery of September 11: the destruction of World Trade Center Building Seven.
Though not hit by either plane, 7 WTC was struck by debris from the collapsing Twin Towers, causing fires to erupt. In seven hours, 7 WTC collapsed completely. Suspiciously, it is the only skyscraper, before or since, known to have collapsed primarily from uncontrolled fire. But the presence of a highly flammable explosive could account for how such a large building, kindled by the odd bit of burning debris, could simply fold in on itself as if professionally demolished. Interestingly, the Twin Towers also both collapsed almost directly into their own footprints. "We have good evidence for the use of explosives," Professor Jones says. "True, they were hit by planes. I'm not challenging that. But I'm saying that's not the full story."
So, how did this supercharged explosive find its way into the dust at Ground Zero? Did it help feed the flames that could not have eaten away at the steel-reinforced infrastructure of the World Trade Center buildings alone? Or did it bring down the towers by itself, leaving the fires as a scapegoat? And did the government know about the explosives-or perhaps even order them planted?

Republicans are trying to box President Obama in on congressional Democrats' $1.1 trillion spending bill by dredging up the president's past statements.
The GOP is pointing to the president's previous remarks about big spending bills like the trillion-dollar 2011 omnibus in order to set up a difficult political situation for the White House.
Republicans pointed to Obama's past statements that were critical of bills similar to the one Democrats in the Senate have proposed to keep the government funded through 2011.
"I expect future spending bills to be debated and voted on in an orderly way, and sent to my desk without delay or obstruction, so that we don't face another massive, last-minute omnibus bill like this again," Obama said as early as 2009, upon signing one such bill into law.

A Soros Story: Recounts, Coincidences, and Connections
In the world of George Soros, it’s hard to believe that much is a coincidence. But let’s entertain the possibility of some such coincidences for the next few minutes.
The titans of American industry were all assembled at the White House complex Wednesday. There was Eric Schmidt, the CEO of Google. There was Kenneth Chenault, the chairman of American Express.
And there was Barack Obama, the sometimes owner of General Motors, Chrysler, Citibank, Bank of America, AIG, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
The were, maybe still are, CIA operatives.
He’s from MA, what did you expect?
The White House on Thursday said the controversial field of synthetic biology, or manipulating the DNA of organisms to forge new life forms, poses limited risks and should be allowed to proceed.
An expert panel convened by President Barack Obama advised vigilance and self-regulation as scientists seeks ways to create new organisms that could spark useful innovations in clean energy, pollution control and medicine…
The panel was created by Obama last year. Its first order of business was to consider the issue of synthetic biology after the J. Craig Venter Institute announced in May it had developed the first self-replicating bacteria cell controlled by a synthetic genome.
…Critics said the discovery was tantamount to "playing God," creating organisms without adequate understanding the ramifications, and upsetting the natural order.
Martial Law UK:UK police chief Sir Paul Stephenson is considering whether to ask the British government to ban protest marches altogether in response to last week’s student riots, a move that would place Britain under a de facto state of martial law.
“It is one of the tactics we will look at and something we will keep under review, and if we think it is the right thing to do then we will do it,” said the Metropolitan Police commissioner.
NUS president Aaron Porter responded: “Peaceful protest is an integral part of our heritage and it is the responsibility of the police to help facilitate that.”
Although the establishment media in Britain dutifully blamed the protesters for the violent scenes witnessed during the demonstrations, it later emerged that police had been behind a number of provocations that caused the running street battles, including pulling a disabled man out of a wheelchair and dragging him across the street, as well as repeatedly beating protesters on the head with batons.

What’s wrong with these guys like Kissinger and Soros?
(Video) Newly-released White House audio tapes reveal former US president made disparaging remarks about Jews, Irish, Italians and black Africans; Kissinger said it was no concern of US if Soviet Jews were gassed
VIDEO - Former US President Richard Nixon blasted Jews as "obnoxious," and made disparaging remarks about the Irish, Italians and black Africans, according to newly-released released White House audio tapes.
Then-National Security Advisor Henry Kissinger, meanwhile, said it was no concern of the United States if Soviet Jews were gassed, in conversations barely a year before Nixon was forced to quit over the Watergate scandal.
"The Jews have certain traits," Nixon said in a conversation with a senior advisor in February 1973, which was among 265 hours of recordings released by the Nixon Presidential Library and Museum in California.
"The Irish have certain - for example, the Irish can't drink. What you always have to remember with the Irish is they get mean. Virtually every Irish I've known gets mean when he drinks. Particularly the real Irish.
"The Italians, of course, those people course don't have their heads screwed on tight. They are wonderful people, but ..." he said before trailing off, in conversations put online and highlighted by the New York Times Saturday.
Surely then a fetus is a human life?
“An embryo is a human life, so we have to move forward with this very, very cautiously,” Pam Dixon, executive director for the World Privacy Forum, told FoxNews.com.
“Obviously we can’t ask the embryo what it wants, so the individual making the donation must consent to this as well as the individual receiving the donation. There’s got to be a lot of public discussion.”
Recordings from former US president's time in office reveal his thoughts on Jews on eve of Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir's visit to Washington
WASHINGTON - The Nixon Presidential Library on Tuesday released 150 hours of audio recordings from the months of January and February, 1973, and uncovered new details on the former US President Richard Nixon's views.
In one of the conversations released in the recordings, Nixon mused about global anti-Semitism.
"This anti-Semitism is stronger than we think, ya know," he said in a conversation to Evangelist Billy Graham shortly after Israel shot down a Libyan passenger plane in Sinai, and on the eve of then-Israeli Prime Minister Gold Meir's visit to Washington.
"It's unfortunate, but this has happened to the Jews, happened in Spain, it happened in Germany, it's happening, and now it's gonna happen in America if these people don't start behaving.

In futuristic movies like "Aliens 2" and "12 Monkeys," prisoners are bar coded for easy identification. But today's reality is even wilder: Scientists have proposed bar-coding embryos.
Researchers from the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona in Spain have just finished testing a method for imprinting microscopic bar codes on mouse embryos -- a procedure they plan to test soon on humans.
The venture is meant to avoid mismatches during in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer procedures. But privacy experts and children's rights advocates were instantly concerned by the concept of "direct labeling" of embryos, calling for transparency in the process.
Nader had harsh words for the president's approach to politics: "He has no fixed principles. He's opportunistic — he goes for expedience, like Clinton. Some call him temperamentally conflict-averse. If you want to be harsher, you say he has no principles and he's opportunistic.
"He's a con man. I have no use for him," Nader said.
Democrats push jobs-killing, wealth-killing, freedom-killing, delusional, destructive leftist, lame duck agenda to the end!
After repeatedly promising voters before November's election that they wouldn't attempt to cram any more contentious leftist legislation down Americans' throats during the subsequent lame-duck session, Democratic congressional leaders are showing once again what conscienceless frauds they truly are. Or maybe the phrase Sarah Palin used recently is even better: "corrupt bastards."
Here's what's happening
WASHINGTON – One of the three major media conglomerates that banned display of WND's "Where's the birth certificate?" billboards more than a year ago has changed its tune.
CBS recently began wooing WND's business, with one of its agents explaining that opposition to the campaign has crumbled in light of the deep recession within the outdoor advertising industry.
However the agent also discouraged the idea of any news coverage of CBS Outdoor's second thoughts.
Birth certification question hits Buda, Texas, on billboard owned by CBS competitor
In response, Joseph Farah, editor and chief executive officer of WND, said he has no interest in taking up CBS on its offer – and neither will he consider any offers from the other two members of what he calls "the billboard cartel" that banned the campaign when he launched it in May 2009.
"CBS, Lamar and Clear Channel all took a position in opposition to this campaign claiming it was somehow deceptive," reminded Farah. "Since then, and in large part due to this campaign, the eligibility issue has captured the imaginations of a majority of the American people.
Therefore, CBS, Lamar and Clear Channel are going to have to live with the consequences of their decision to ban legitimate, constitutionally protected political speech. Until those companies issue a public apology for their inappropriate decision, WND will not entertain any idea of bringing its business to them.
We have found we don't need those companies to get the message out. We would prefer to work with media companies that respect the First Amendment and those that are not intimidated by politically motivated speech regulators in Washington."

It is widely believed that chemtrails are a modern phenomenon entering public consciousness in the nineties and subsequenty documented by people all over the globe. However, recently uncovered footage shot by American tourists clearly show a persistent contrail in 1938 Nazi Germany.

Scary Muslims donning turbans and satellite phones have not attacked the United States since September 11, 2001, when a gaggle of cave dwellers magically commandeered the laws of physics and made NORAD stand down.
Antonio Martinez: Another pathetic patsy set-up by the FBI to promote the non-existent homegrown terror threat.
Instead, the government and the military-industrial-intelligence complex has engaged in a series of small attacks and would-be attacks in order to keep the global war on manufactured terror chugging along.
Last week we were subjected to yet another phony baloney FBI orchestrated entrapment of a clueless Muslim.
Antonio Martinez, a recent Muslim convert, who calls himself Muhammed Hussain, was arrested after undercover FBI agents supplied him with a fake car bomb. It is said Martinez aka Hussain wanted to bomb a recruiting center.
Rod Rosenstein, a federal attorney, said the goal of Hussain’s entrapment was to deter others from planning schemes or recruiting others for their agendas.
Big Sis, Janet Napolitano, boss over at the Ministry of Homeland Security, said “that this arrest and another in Oregon last month shows that plots and schemes are no longer planned overseas and brought into our country, but rather are being birthed from within,” according to Robert Ingram, writing for Christian Life News.

A California woman is suing the TSA following an incident at Albuquerque International Sunport where she was subjected to an invasive breast groping in full public view by the TSA, despite making it known that she had been forced to undergo a mastectomy last year.
Adrienne Durso describes how a female TSA officer pulled her out of line after she had gone through the metal detector and proceeded to pat her down, “Heavily concentrating on my breast area” in a search that “just seemed to go on and on”.
Relating her story to KOB Eyewitness News 4, Ms. Durso explained how she was made to feel humiliated in front of her seventeen year old son and the rest of the queuing passengers.
“I felt as though I didn’t have any rights other than I had to stand there and let them do what they want to do to my body,” Durso said.
Feeling violated and embarrassed, Ms. Durso asked to speak to a TSA supervisor.
As if things couldn’t get any worse, when the supervisor arrived and Ms. Durso’s son asked why he had also not been subjected to the body search, the TSA agent told the boy “well you don’t have boobs”.
Following that statement, Ms. Durso decided to take legal action, with her attorney arguing that the incident is a violation of 4th Amendment rights and constitutes unreasonable search and seizure.
Details of the lawsuit can be accessed here.
“I thought, ‘you know, surely this story must mean something to somebody, maybe this will help somebody who is trying to change the situation at airports because I don’t think anybody should have to go through this,” Ms. Durso added.
Below is a KOB Eyewitness News 4 report on the incident:
Army doctor still fighting most serious charge
Taitz acknowledged that Puckett's hands are tied by Lind's earlier rulings effectively forbidding what might be the most effective line of defense, the argument that any order originating with Obama might in fact be illegal as long as Obama's eligibility remains unproven.
"He's reduced to arguing a technicality," Taitz told WND. "The whole trial is a sham, a farce. They're not allowed to discuss the only real issue here, Obama's eligibility."

MOSCOW — Russia and China are poised to take a small but symbolic step in their expanding economic relationship, a move that in the long term could make the dollar less relevant to business between the two nations.
On Wednesday, a Moscow securities exchange is scheduled to open direct trading between the Chinese currency, the renminbi, and the Russian ruble. If the market develops, it could eventually cut the dollar out of a portion of Russian and Chinese trade.

God must have a sense of humor because Cancun was hit by its coldest temperature in a hundred years.

No Jobs for U.S. workers declares Bill Johnson, CEO at Heinz, on Wall Street Journal Report last Saturday
Last Saturday, the CEO of Heinz, best known for ketchup production, told Maria Bartiromo that Heinz will not be hiring Americans this year.
The reason he gave was the ‘uncertainty’ produced by the ‘inability’ of the government to decide on really important things such as the tax rate his business will pay. He announced at the same time on the same program that Heinz will be opening facilities and hiring in other countries, and concentrated on China where they make soy sauce.

DENVER -- The children at Ellis Elementary School are getting a poor lesson in spelling. A sign on the gate to the school's playground in Denver has a spelling error.
The sign at Ellis Elementary School said, "Shoes should be warn [sic] at all times on this artificial play surface," according to a photo sent to 7NEWS.
Ellis Elementary Principal Khoa Nguyen told 7NEWS he had not seen the sign himself. An office worker told 7NEWS she had told the school custodian about the problem.
A 7NEWS viewer said a close inspection of the sign shows the word "warn" has apparently been changed at least once before and is still wrong. 7NEWS called the school's facility manager to ask about previous work on the sign; that call has not been returned

FORT MEADE, Md. -- A military court was set to hear the case Tuesday of an Army doctor charged with refusing to deploy to Afghanistan because he says he doubts whether President Barack Obama was born in the U.S. and therefore questions his eligibility to be commander in chief.
Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, an 18-year Army veteran from Greeley, disobeyed orders to report earlier this year to Fort Campbell in Kentucky to prepare for deployment, saying he believed the orders were illegal.
Several RDU passengers described indignities suffered at the hands of grim-faced officers, and others said they would never fly out of RDU until the security practices are changed.
After an agent groped around his genitals from in front and from behind, Ely challenged him to explain what sort of anomaly had turned up on his full-body scan.
"He said there was something suspicious hanging from between my legs," Ely, 63, wrote in his RDU online comment. "I told him that something suspicious was my [genitals], you dummy."

What would you think if a long-time gun control advocate ended up shooting someone? Might the word “hypocrite” come to mind?
It did for me, and apparently for many others.
But it gets even more interesting than the mere hypocrisy of a gun control activist shooting somebody.
The New York Times reports Soles won’t be seeking re-election, which is not a surprise since state prosecutors have said they plan to charge Soles because “he acted criminally when he shot a former law client.”
WWAY sheds additional light on this:
In late August, Soles shot 22-year-old Kyle Blackburn outside the Senator’s home in Tabor City.
Blackburn was a client of Soles’ law firm. Soles told police he shot Blackburn in self-defense, saying that Blackburn was trying to break into his home. Blackburn told us he was leaving the property when he was shot.
While what happens within a grand jury proceeding is secret, we can presume that ballistics evidence was part of what was reviewed yesterday, specifically whether the bullet wound indicated that Blackburn was facing the Senator or running away when he was shot.
We also know surveillance cameras were running at Senator Soles’ house at the time of the shooting.
The shooting itself wasn’t captured on camera, but what transpired before and after the shooting may have helped the jurors determine how the events played out.
Now, I don’t have a whole lot of sympathy for someone who advocates diminishing the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding Americans. But when I learn that they consider themselves elite enough to own a weapon, any sympathy I might have had goes out the door.
And apparently this wasn’t even a clear-cut case of self-defense. The shooter knew the man who was shot, and a grand jury found sufficient evidence to charge the shooter for criminal activity.
This happened a few months ago, but I’m just now finding out about it from Marty Rickard. Better late than never, to find out about this kind of hypocrisy from a member of the gun control lobby.
