Is the UN planning action against American Citizens? This is not the first report I’ve come across that mentions foreign troops on American soil. Some weeks ago there was a story about a huge contingent of Chinese military just across the border in México. There are plenty of reports that Obama and/or Kerry will sign the UN Arms Treaty.

plainclothes have been spotted all over the Midland/Odessa TX area for the
past few months. Last week C-130's were "practicing" low paratrooper drops
in between the cities here. Friends in the police department have been
approached by Russians requesting to take their pictures, and gun shop
owners have been approached by Russians to see their stock not on display.

I can confirm that 6 C-130s were indeed practicing low altitude parachute drops last week in the Midland/Odessa area. They flew right over my house, and they were all in line flying from east to west. I presume they flew out of Abilene. There's also been black helicopter activity in the area too.S.H.

Man.... Stoppit People !!! Everytime anymore, if foreign troops are "spotted" anywhere, we're immediately under severe threat of attack. You know, back in 1971, right here in the U.S. of A you could go to several of the larger Military bases around the country and find Russians, Vietnamese, Chinese, Germans, Brits, French and other foreign troops in attendance usually training with our troops in one capacity or another, or attending some school. And ya know what ?? When their day came to an end, they would put on their Civilian clothes and go elsewhere. SOME didn't due to various Political situations, but most sure did. This is the same damn thing. And don't you think that if these "Forward Recon" types... (plainclothes, oh my !!) were a threat that it wouldn't be pouring out of the media ?? And don't you dare say the media has been gagged in this.... And right this very moment as I look at the screen I see a warning that the Chinese have 12 bases just south of us... Rofl.... It's either an outright lie or the people that buy it are VERY gullible / Stupid.
