How can it be? Stocks are riding high while the economy is under water. If you look behind the curtain you’ll see Uncle Ben and he’s not making rice. Wrong Uncle Ben, I’m talking about Bernanke. THE Uncle Ben, when he makes rice it’s coming from rice paddies.
Uncle Ben Bernanke is making money and he doesn’t need any paddies, he’s making money from nothing. And then he takes part of that money and he puts it into stocks and bonds, and the stock market keeps rising and rising.
I, for one, don’t believe in the big bang. I don’t think something comes from nothing. I think that’s rational thinking but evidently not since the consensus among scientists is just the opposite.
But then, they also believe that we are just a higher form of monkey!
