Astonishment: Revered elderly Rabbi’s note naming Jesus as Messiah leaves followers in confusion and disbelief

* Sharon died while I was preparing this post but Messiah Jesus won’t return until after the ‘man of sin’ appears.

This is indeed astonishing, This is one of the Israel’s most prominent rabbis; Mizrahi Haredi rabbi and kabbalist Yitzhak Kaduri. Do you realize how astounding this is?

This is like Joe (You Lie!) Wilson suddenly saying that Barack Obama is his favorite president, only 1000 times less likely.

This is like Adolf Hitler suddenly saying the Jews are the master race, only 100 times less likely.

The Jews nationally rejected Jesus 2000 years ago saying “Away with him, away with him, crucify him!”…The chief priests answered, “We have no king but Caesar”..., …his citizens hated him…saying, We will not have this man to reign over us”, and they have not changed their minds since.

While not as bad as Muslims who literally kill other Muslims who turn to Jesus, the Jewish family who has a child convert to Jesus figuratively kills the child, saying they no longer have that son or daughter, some actually have a funeral!

As long as the US is pumping 3 billion dollars into Israel a year and gives it’s military at their disposal Israel will feign a special relationship but America has traditionally worshipped someone they despise, they can’t like that.

Jews in Israel have parties at Christmas time in which they sing blasphemous songs that ridicule Jesus’s virgin birth. Maybe they do so in other places too, but I’ve seen YouTube videos of those in Israel, I haven’t seen others so I can’t speak to that.

The Rabbi was believed to be between 110 and 118 years old (several post say 108 years) when he died. He was said to have become obsessed with The coming of Messiah towards the end of his life and frequently had dreams of Him, even having claimed to have met Him in a vision.

He also prophesied Messiah would not appear until Ariel Sharon died, this was 2 years before Sharon fell into a coma. Ariel Sharon is nearing death as his organs have begun to fail. The family is considering pulling his life support…

Sharon has fascinated me. He was tremendously popular as I recall. On a quiet night of July 23, 2005, Josi Dayan, a rabbi and expert in Kaballah led a group of 20 men gathered to put Pulsa da-Nura (“Lashes of Fire”), an ancient Kaballistic curse, on Sharon. Less than 6 months later, on January 4, 2006, he fell into a coma.

I was quite surprised that he was more than 15 years laying there in a coma. What was going on, were the doctors and Jewish mystics performing some supernatural things on him? I wondered if he would suddenly awake as the antichrist. The Protocols speak of the King of the world they were preparing…

I just got the news that Sharon has died.

The Rabbi, the Note and the Messiah

A few months before he died, one of the nation’s most prominent rabbis, Yitzhak Kaduri, supposedly wrote the name of the Messiah on a small note which he requested would remain sealed until now. When the note was unsealed, it revealed what many have known for centuries: Yehoshua, or Yeshua (Jesus), is the Messiah.

With the biblical name of Jesus, the Rabbi and kabbalist described the Messiah using six words and hinting that the initial letters form the name of the Messiah. The secret note said:

Concerning the letter abbreviation of the Messiah’s name, He will lift the people and prove that his word and law are valid.

This I have signed in the month of mercy,

The Hebrew sentence (translated above in bold) with the hidden name of the Messiah reads:

Yarim Ha’Am Veyokhiakh Shedvaro Vetorato Omdim

ירים העם ויוכיח שדברו ותורתו עומדים

The initials spell the Hebrew name of Jesus יהושוע . Yehoshua and Yeshua are effectively the same name, derived from the same Hebrew root of the word “salvation” as documented in Zechariah 6:11 and Ezra 3:2. The same priest writes in Ezra, “Yeshua (ישוע) son of Yozadak” while writing in Zechariah “Yehoshua (יהושוע) son of Yohozadak.” The priest adds the holy abbreviation of God’s name, ho (הו), in the father’s name Yozadak and in the name Yeshua.

With one of Israel’s most prominent rabbis indicating the name of the Messiah is Yeshua, it is understandable why his last wish was to wait one year after his death before revealing what he wrote.

When the name of Yehoshua appeared in Kaduri’s message, ultra-Orthodox Jews from his Nahalat Yitzhak Yeshiva (seminary) in Jerusalem argued that their master did not leave the exact solution for decoding the Messiah’s name.

The revelation received scant coverage in the Israeli media. Only the Hebrew websites News First Class (Nfc) and Kaduri.net mentioned the Messiah note, insisting it was authentic. The Hebrew daily Ma’ariv ran a story on the note but described it as a forgery.

Jewish readers responded on the websites’ forums with mixed feelings: “So this means Rabbi Kaduri was a Christian?” and “The Christians are dancing and celebrating,” were among the comments.

Israel Today spoke to two of Kaduri’s followers in Jerusalem who admitted that the note was authentic, but confusing for his followers as well. “We have no idea how the Rabbi got to this name of the Messiah,” one of them said.

Yet others completely deny any possibility that the note is authentic.

In an interview with Israel Today, Rabbi David Kaduri, 80, the son of the late Rabbi Yitzhak Kaduri, denied that his father left a note with the name Yeshua just before he died. “It’s not his writing,” he said when we showed him a copy of the note. During a night-time meeting in the Nahalat Yitzhak Yeshiva in Jerusalem, books with Kaduri’s handwriting from 80 years ago were presented to us in an attempt to prove that the Messiah note was not authentic.

When we told Rabbi Kaduri that his father’s official website (www.kaduri.net) had mentioned the Messiah note, he was shocked. “Oh no! That’s blasphemy. The people could understand that my father pointed to him [the Messiah of the Christians].” David Kaduri confirmed, however, that in his last year his father had talked and dreamed almost exclusively about the Messiah and his coming. “My father has met the Messiah in a vision,” he said, “and told us that he would come soon.”

Kaduri’s Portrayal of the Messiah

A few months before Kaduri died at the age of 108, he surprised his followers when he told them that he met the Messiah. Kaduri gave a message in his synagogue on Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, teaching how to recognize the Messiah. He also mentioned that the Messiah would appear to Israel after Ariel Sharon’s death. (The former prime minister is still in a coma after suffering a massive stroke more than a year ago.) Other rabbis predict the same, including Rabbi Haim Cohen, kabbalist Nir Ben Artzi and the wife of Rabbi Haim Kneiveskzy.

Kaduri’s grandson, Rabbi Yosef Kaduri, said his grandfather spoke many times during his last days about the coming of the Messiah and redemption through the Messiah. His spiritual portrayals of the Messiah—reminiscent of New Testament accounts—were published on the websites Kaduri.net and Nfc:

“It is hard for many good people in the society to understand the person of the Messiah. The leadership and order of a Messiah of flesh and blood is hard to accept for many in the nation. As leader, the Messiah will not hold any office, but will be among the people and use the media to communicate. His reign will be pure and without personal or political desire. During his dominion, only righteousness and truth will reign.

“Will all believe in the Messiah right away? No, in the beginning some of us will believe in him and some not. It will be easier for non-religious people to follow the Messiah than for Orthodox people.

“The revelation of the Messiah will be fulfilled in two stages: First, he will actively confirm his position as Messiah without knowing himself that he is the Messiah. Then he will reveal himself to some Jews, not necessarily to wise Torah scholars. It can be even simple people. Only then he will reveal himself to the whole nation. The people will wonder and say: ‘What, that’s the Messiah?’ Many have known his name but have not believed that he is the Messiah.”

Farewell to a ‘Tsadik’

Rabbi Yitzhak Kaduri was known for his photographic memory and his memorization of the Bible, the Talmud, Rashi and other Jewish writings. He knew Jewish sages and celebrities of the last century and rabbis who lived in the Holy Land and kept the faith alive before the State of Israel was born.

Kaduri was not only highly esteemed because of his age of 108. He was charismatic and wise, and chief rabbis looked up to him as a Tsadik, a righteous man or saint. He would give advice and blessings to everyone who asked. Thousands visited him to ask for counsel or healing. His followers speak of many miracles and his students say that he predicted many disasters.

When he died, more than 200,000 people joined the funeral procession on the streets of Jerusalem to pay their respects as he was taken to his final resting place.

“When he comes, the Messiah will rescue Jerusalem from foreign religions that want to rule the city,” Kaduri once said. “They will not succeed for they will fight against one another.”

Did you see this much media coverage on any one of Obama’s scandals? There wasn’t this much coverage on all of them combined.

I’m not complaining about the amount of coverage on this issue. I think it should receive heavy coverage. It’s a gross and diabolical abuse of power. But this pales in comparison to many of the Obama administration.

Where were they on Fast and Furious? Where were they on Benghazi? Where were they on the IRS targeting conservatives? Where are they when Obama disregards a federal judges ruling? Where are they when the DOJ picks and chooses which laws they will an which ones they won’t enforce? Where were they when the Democrats unconstitutionally passed the overwhelmingly unpopular Obamacare bill? These are just a few off the top of my head.

What this tells you is that despite the growth of alternative media the main stream media is still the 800 lb. gorilla in the room. If they don’t cover it nothing happens, no matter how big it really is. And they can take something insignificant and blow it up into a full blown major news story.

Face it, they control the world through mass manipulation. Why? Because they are they are not news agencies, they are propagandists. The news papers were bought out decades ago by the Rothschild's who are part of a cabal planning on owning the whole world.

These people don’t occupy the same world we do, they occupy the world of the occult. These are Wizards and sorcerers who have tapped into ancient secret knowledge, I jest not.

They have teamed up with Lucifer and the fallen angels, from whom they received this knowledge, in a scheme to rule the world and have been working on the plan for centuries. They cast spells, pronounce curses, use incantations and rituals and practice black magic. I did say they occupied a different world than you and I, didn’t I?

Billionaires Dumping Stocks, Economist Knows Why

Despite the 6.5% stock market rally over the last three months, a handful of billionaires are quietly dumping their American stocks . . . and fast.
Warren Buffett, who has been a cheerleader for U.S. stocks for quite some time, is dumping shares at an alarming rate. He recently complained of “disappointing performance” in dyed-in-the-wool American companies like Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, and Kraft Foods.

In the latest filing for Buffett’s holding company Berkshire Hathaway, Buffett has been drastically reducing his exposure to stocks that depend on consumer purchasing habits. Berkshire sold roughly 19 million shares of Johnson & Johnson, and reduced his overall stake in “consumer product stocks” by 21%. Berkshire Hathaway also sold its entire stake in California-based computer parts supplier Intel.
With 70% of the U.S. economy dependent on consumer spending, Buffett’s apparent lack of faith in these companies’ future prospects is worrisome.
Unfortunately Buffett isn’t alone.

Fellow billionaire John Paulson, who made a fortune betting on the subprime mortgage meltdown, is clearing out of U.S. stocks too. During the second quarter of the year, Paulson’s hedge fund, Paulson & Co., dumped 14 million shares of JPMorgan Chase. The fund also dumped its entire position in discount retailer Family Dollar and consumer-goods maker Sara Lee.

Finally, billionaire George Soros recently sold nearly all of his bank stocks, including shares of JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup, and Goldman Sachs. Between the three banks, Soros sold more than a million shares.

So why are these billionaires dumping their shares of U.S. companies?
After all, the stock market is still in the midst of its historic rally. Real estate prices have finally leveled off, and for the first time in five years are actually rising in many locations. And the unemployment rate seems to have stabilized.

It’s very likely that these professional investors are aware of specific research that points toward a massive market correction, as much as 90%.
One such person publishing this research is Robert Wiedemer, an esteemed economist and author of the New York Times best-selling book Aftershock.

UK Telegraph Headline: Could this be the year we make contact with aliens?

Beware the deception. We are being conditioned. Though they categorize the possibility as “The longest shot of all” they headline the article with an alien encounter.

This is a huge subliminal message. If the article had been headlined with “some of the science and technology headlines we may see over the next 12 months” and the idea of an alien encounter wouldn’t stand out so much. They wanted the idea out there, and out there prominently.

I am one of many who believe the great deception mentioned in the Bible in ‘the last days’ will involve contact with demons who are mistakenly accepted as extraterrestrials. These are the UFOs that have been appearing for the last several decades. Yes, I believe in UFOs but not in alien beings. They are in fact demons. The longest shot of all, and there is no reason to believe that it is any more likely to happen in 2014 than the year after or indeed a thousand years hence. But that said, the more we learn about the universe the more, not less, curious it seems that we are apparently alone. When scientists including Enrico Fermi and Frank Drake first started seriously speculating about the possibility of extraterrestrial civilisations more than half a century ago, astronomers knew of only one solar system in the whole of the cosmos – ours. Now we know of more than a thousand, several containing apparently Earthlike planets, a handful of which may lie in their stars’ “habitable zone”, an orbit in which it is neither too hot nor too cold for liquid water to exist.

All this raises the question: where the heck is everybody? Given that we have the technology today (but not as yet the money) to build telescopes big enough to spot signs of life spectroscopically on nearby “Earth analogues”, if intelligent life is as common as some suspect then it is certain that by now the aliens have used their telescopes to detect us. Maybe a signal is overdue. Or maybe someone is on their way. Or, of course, there is simply no one out there. The wonderful thing is that any of these possibilities is equally awe-inspiring.

Obamacare Boost: What’s it called when government and corporations jointly run the country?

Why on earth would corporations take action to prop up a failing government’s signature unpopular program? If the two giants really wanted to help people why wouldn’t they just do this for all people in need, why limit the help to ObamaCare enrollees?

In what you can interpret as either an act of corporate altruism, corporate lobbying, or a mix of both, two giant retailers -- Walmart and Walgreens -- have agreed to save the Obama Administration from who knows how many horror-story anecdotes by agreeing to fill 30 days of free prescriptions for ObamaCare enrollees. The question is, though, what happens to the data and patient information these retailers collect?

When you have two of the biggest retailers in the country collecting untold amounts of personal health information from who knows how many people seeking free prescriptions, in the wake of revelations surrounding domestic NSA and Justice Department spying (on reporters!), it is not unreasonable to worry about this. We also know that a number of large corporations have apparently cooperated with the federal government's data grabs.

According to one Walgreens pharmacist Breitbart News spoke with Tuesday, in April the DEA started requiring pharmacies to ask an increased number of medical questions and show a photo ID for certain medications. There have also been reports that through ObamaCare the federal government is compiling data based on a series of new and intrusive question doctors are required to ask.

Big Business has already shown a willingness to share data with the government and to help big government programs like ObamaCare succeed and there is just no question that the federal government is escalating its intrusion into what should be the most personal information of all -- the status of our personal health.

Marquis Lafayette stated that the Jesuits were behind most of the wars in Europe, and that they would be the ones to take liberty from the United States.

The head of the Jesuit Order is Adolfo Nicholas. His title is Superior General of the Jesuits. The use of the rank “general” is because the Jesuits are, in reality, a military organization.

Nicholas, as the Jesuit General, is the most powerful man in the world. He ultimately issues the commands that are administered by drones like Obama.

The Jesuit General is nicknamed “The Black Pope” because he always wears black robes. Pope Benedict XIV is, thus, the “White Pope”.

Directly under the Jesuit General is Fr. James E. Grummer, S.J. — one of the five Jesuit priests who serve as direct “assistants” to the Jesuit General. Grummer is his American assistant, and controls the US Jesuit Conference. He is the controller of every American Jesuit university and every American Jesuit Provincial. The New York Provincial has the most contact with Grummer (as the top provincial).

Under Grummer is the President of the US Jesuit Conference, Fr. Thomas H. Smolich, S.J., who was the Jesuit Provincial of California during the reign of Governor Arnold Schwarznegger. Smolich was the power behind Arnold during these years. Smolich is a key force behind the planned Sino-Soviet-Muslim invasion, which the Jesuit Order is planning to use to bring down the United States. He is also actively involved in the orchestration of the Chinese-Mexican invasion.

Under Smolich is Fr. David S. Ciancimino, S.J., the Jesuit Provincial of New York. He is the top Jesuit Provinical in the United States, as New York is the capital of the Jesuit Order’s power (that’s why it was chosen as the staging area for 9/11). Here, Ciancimino (and the Jesuits beneath him) control Wall Street, the NYSE, and the Federal Reserve Bank. Ciancimino controls Archbishop Timothy Dolan, the most powerful Roman Catholic official in the United States who is not a Jesuit. Ciancimino is an occultist, as are many other top Jesuits.

Directly under Ciancimino is Fr. Joseph M. McShane, S.J., who is the President of Fordham University — the Jesuit college of New York, and the Jesuits’ military stronghold there. It is through McShane that the Jesuits (led by Ciancimino in New York) control Archbishop Timothy Dolan. He has become known as the “penholder” for Dolan. He wears a decorative necklace that features an equilateral triangle, a Masonic symnol of the Risen Horus.

Under the control of these powerful Jesuits is Pope Benedict XIV, the Vicar of Christ (Horus) and the current Roman Papal Caesar. He represents Osiris in mystery-school/occult mythology.

Below Pope Benedict XIV is the Timothy Dolan, the Archbishop of New York. Dolan is the “American Pope” and the “Archbishop of the Capital of the World”. He heads the American branches of the Knights of Malta and Knights of Columbus. He is a likely occultist and the controller of American Freemasonry, the CFR, the ADL (B’nai B’rith), the Pentagon, and the intelligence community.

Joseph A. O’Hare, S.J. is the President Emeritus of Fordham University and the man directly under Egan. He is a Knight of Malta and has presided over CFR meetings as Egan’s operative. He is an adviser to David Rockefeller (Knight of Malta), Henry Kissinger (Knight of Malta), and Mayor Michael Bloomberg of New York. He is, thus, the Jesuit who directly controls the city mayor. He is also the Jesuit who controls the Rockefeller-Kissinger apparatus, of which the CFR is a key part.

O’Hare is a devoted Zionist who supports the State of Israel, which was created in 1948 by the United Nations (UN) — a creation of the Archbishop of New York’s Council on Foreign relations). It was Archbishop Francis Spellman of New York who solicited votes at the UN for Israel. Spellman played a key role in Israel’s founding. The founder of Zionism was Theodor Herzl, who had frequent meetings with the Pope and had once planned to lead the jewish people in a “mass conversion” to Roman Catholicism. The true designers, financiers, and promoters of Zionism are the Rothschilds, who Encyclopedia Judaica describes as “guardians of the papal treasure”. That’s right — the Rothschilds are the banking agents of the Papacy. The State of Israel is just the revived Latin Kingdom of Jerusalem, and it’s under the Vatican’s thumb.

Below O’Hare is John J. DeGioa, the President of Georgetown University. DeGioa is also a Knight of Malta and a member of the CFR. He is one of the over-seers of the State of Israel.

Below DeGioa, we find Richard N. Haas — the Chairman of the CFR. Haas is ultimately simply a lowly agent of Archbishop Egan. Haas is a Jewish Labor Zionist and oversees the American Israeli Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC). These Jewish Zionists are mainly just Papal Court jewish people.

Below Haas is Zbigniew Brzezinski, who was a member of the CFR, Bilderberg Group, and Trilateral Commission. Brzezinski had co-founded the Trilateral Commission. He was a Knight of Malta, as was the other founder of the Trilateral Commission – David Rockefeller. Brzezinski is a Polish Roman Catholic and an adviser to Georgetown University.

Brzezinski was Soetoro’s professor at Columbia University, and recruited him for presidential grooming. Are we beginning to see the big picture?

Once Brzezinski created “presidential candidate” Obama, his campaign was financed and promoted by the multi-billionaire behind hundreds of organizations on the “political left” — George Soros. Soros was a high-ranking CFR member and a member of the Carlyle Group, an international corporation that served as a front for the Vatican. Soros, a Hungarian jewish, was a strong socialist-communist (like Brzezinski). Like Haas, Brzezinski was a Papal Court jewish and a Labor Zionist. He is also a Freemason. He is a friend of Rupert Murdoch. Soros is a major stockholder in Halliburton.

Murdoch is the protector of Obama, controlling his opposition. Murdoch was knighted by the Pope in 1998 for making large contributions to the Roman Catholic Church. He has said that his corporation – News Corp – is “just like the Jesuits” while speaking at Georgetown University. Murdoch is a member of the CFR.

Joseph R. Biden is the Vice President, and is directly under the Vatican’s big-wheel operatives (Soros and Murdoch). He is Roman Catholic and has been honored at two Jesuit universities. His son is a Jesuit volunteer and a lobbyist for a Jesuit university he attended.

Under the guidance of Biden, we find Barack Obama, a 32nd Degree Freemason who has been trained in Romanism.

The concept of freedom is disappearing from Americans. We have people who want to choose what we can eat, what and how much we can drink, what kinds of weapons we can have and the number of bullets they can hold, where we can and cannot smoke, etc., etc., etc..

If you do just a casual search on the internet you will find a multitude of pages that dispute the claims that vaccines are beneficial, on the contrary many pages cite the harmful effects of vaccinations.

You will also find many sites that warn that vaccinations are part of the plan for the depopulation of the planet by those working to establish the new world order.

My doctor assures me that the flu vaccines are not harmful and I trust my doctor. But I don’t take the shot. If my doctor made the vaccine I would take the shot but he really doesn’t know what’s in the vaccine he receives from his supplier.

Pregnant Nurse In Fear Of Miscarriage Fired For Refusing Flu Vaccine

LANCASTER, Pa. (WJZ)—A woman who lives just over the border in Pennsylvania is drawing national attention for her beliefs.

As Mike Schuh reports, when the pregnant nurse refused a flu shot, she was fired.

For the past five years, 29-year-old Dreonna Breton came to her nursing job at Lancaster General Hospital in Lancaster, Pa.

This fall, the hospital required her to get a flu shot.

“It’s frustrating to me to be forced to do something that you’re not comfortable with,” Breton said.

The mother of a 19-month-old son, she has another baby on the way.

But, in the past year, she’s had two miscarriages and is now worried about complications.

“The known risks are low. I understand that. But there are still risks,” Breton said.

She offered to wear a mask, but refused the vaccine, and that wasn’t good enough.

She was told, “You didn’t provide a medical reason. Therefore, we are terminating you unless you get the flu vaccine,” Breton said.

Her views are counter to those of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, which recommends the vaccine for pregnant women, saying: “Flu vaccination is an essential element of prenatal care.  No study to date has shown an adverse consequence of flu vaccine in pregnant women or their offspring.”

A researcher at Vanderbilt agrees.

“Not only does the flu shot offer some protection to the pregnant woman, but there’s a bonus. The pregnant woman can pass some of that protection into her newborn baby,” the researcher said.

For nearly 20 years, the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention have encouraged health care workers to get the vaccine.

But since only 72 percent do so, hospitals are beginning to make a vaccination a requirement.

A statement from hospital reads: “Like our requirements for TB skin testing and MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) vaccination as a condition of employment, mandatory flu immunization protects our patients, employees, and community from getting this potentially serious infection.”

“I’m not worried. I’m not worried because I know I did the right thing for me,” Breton said.

Breton says she has no intentions of taking legal action.  She simply wants the company to reconsider its policy for vaccines for pregnant employees.

Obama attempted very early in his term as President to push gun control using the gun violence in Mexico to promote gun control. He claimed 90% of the guns used in Mexico violence could be traced to the US. This was proven to be completely false and the number was not even close to 5%. The proof was presented by a Bush program where guns used in crimes in Mexico were cross checked in the US to see if there was a gun smuggling problem. It turned out very few guns were coming from the US and the ATF had proof from the gun tracking program under Bush. Even the liberal funded sites like Fact Check put in place to make stuff up for Obama could not pull the number up above 17%.

Nancy Pelosi financed it with Harry Reid's approval. $10,000,000 of stimulus money used for buying tens of thousands of guns. H.R. 495, was asking for 15,000,000 for "Gunrunner".

Some people are saying they would have just killed the whistle blower if it was that big of a deal, but that is not how the government works. Foot soldiers are fired and discarded as kooks or people with some vendetta against the government agency they worked for. I saw this happen many times and in every Government Department including DOD, DOT, and Treasury Departments. They soon fade away, broke, and broken. This time several came forward because one of their own was killed.

I believe Giffords knew of gun runner and was informing the Judicial Branch of gun runner... Pelosi was one of the very first people permitted in her room... WHY? Did she want to make sure she could not talk... Gifford now has partial amnesia... It is well known where the short and long term memory is in the brain. A brain surgeon specialist was on duty when they were shot… And Jared Lee Loughner is in a federal prison mental facility locked away from view or questioning... A guy with partial memories of going into the Army that was dropped off by some unknown person just before the shooting

Maybe this is all a conspiracy theory and we should just trust the investigation done by the Department of Justice. After all, we can trust them can’t we? Don't forget Valerie Jarrett, with very close ties to William Ayers (domestic terrorist) Bernadine Dohrn, is in the White House and is very open to homeland terror and murder to get what they want.

If one of the ATF agents steps forward and says he told Giffords, I have no doubt Obama or one of his lackeys ordered her and that judge assassinated…

WASHINGTON – Nearly three months after an unarmed, young, black single mother with a one-year-old daughter in tow was gunned down in broad daylight by police on a crystal-clear autumn afternoon in the shadow of the U.S. Capitol, a veil of official silence remains over the case.

The Secret Service, the Washington Metro Police and the Capitol Police have withheld virtually all details of the shooting from the family of Miriam Carey, a 34-year-old dental hygienist from Connecticut, and the public. Those details include forensics reports that would show how many times Carey was shot, her cause of death, the position of the body at the time of death, video and photos, multiple eyewitness accounts and an explanation as to why police believed deadly force was necessary to subdue her while she had her infant daughter with her.

No one has been charged in the case, which has been handed over to Attorney General Eric Holder for investigation.

A WND investigation shows at least seven security cameras in the immediate vicinity of the fatal police shooting Oct. 3, while a number of police cruiser dash-cams also likely recorded the incident as police surrounded Carey’s car. While cell phone cameras recorded the initial volley of shots fired by police on Carey’s car near the White House, none capturing the fatal shooting near the Capitol have surfaced. Officials won’t even confirm if video of the incident exists.

Except one.

WND approached a guard shack, about two blocks from the Capitol dome, where Miriam Carey was shot dead after a chase from a White House checkpoint, and asked a U.S. Capitol police officer on duty a few, simple questions:

If a major crime such as a rape or murder were to happen within blocks of the Capitol, would there be video of it?

“Oh yeah,” he answered, nodding his head vigorously.

What about the shooting of Miriam Carey, is there video of that?

“Yes,” he said without hesitation, while adding he had not seen it personally.

Apparently no one has seen it, other than perhaps a few select members of law enforcement.

It may be understandable why police would be reluctant to release that video, as it might confirm what legal experts and civil libertarians from both left and right sides of the political spectrum have told WND, that they believe Carey was, in effect, murdered by police.

Did police murder Carey?

Renowned journalist and First Amendment expert Nat Hentoff told WND the evidence that officers killed recklessly was so strong, “[T]his is a classic case of police out of control and, therefore, guilty of plain murder.”

Constitutional law expert John Whitehead, president and founder of the nonprofit civil-liberties organization the Rutherford Institute, agreed, telling WND that from what he’d seen, it looked like murder.

Political activist and former Graham County, Ariz., Sheriff Richard Mack called it “sloppy” police work and saw “no justification whatsoever” for the use of deadly force against Carey.

Dan Bongino, former Secret Service agent and author of the New York Times bestseller “Life Inside the Bubble: Why a Top-Ranked Secret Service Agent Walked Away From It All”, was reluctant to second-guess the actions of law enforcement officers in a fast-moving and confusing situation and loath to evaluate their decisions in hindsight.

But even he felt the situation, involving Secret Service agents at the White House, could have been handled better and doubted that those involved, or their superiors, would dispute that.

Conflicting reports

Carey was shot to death by uniformed members of the Secret Service and U.S. Capitol Police officers after a police chase that began at the White House and ended at a guard shack at Second Street and Constitution Avenue, two blocks from the Capitol.

Upon visiting the shooting location, WND easily identified seven security cameras in the immediate vicinity. The U.S. Capitol police sergeant on duty at first gave WND permission to shoot video from across the street. But after giving it further thought, officers asked WND not to published the video, and out of respect for their national security concerns, WND obliged.

There are a number of reasons civil libertarians doubt officers needed to shoot Carey to subdue her.

Contrary to media reports that she tried to ram a White House gate or barrier, the initial police report shows she never tried to ram anything, and merely tried to make a U-turn after having arrived at a checkpoint. Videos of that incident show police pointing guns directly at Carey.

Also contrary to media reports, there is no mention of Carey striking any officers with her black Nissan Infiniti. Video of that incident also contradicts the early media reports.

The police report also indicates she did not break any laws, until she suddenly found herself pursued by heavily armed officers shooting at her.

No one has been able to explain why police did not use non-lethal force in either attempting to stop her car with tire spikes or by shooting out the tires, or why officers did not try to subdue the unarmed woman with pepper spray or a taser, but instead chose to shoot the defenseless 34-year-old mother.

Carey’s 14-month-old girl Erica was in the backseat as police shot at Carey at least seven times during the chase, as seen in a video recording. It is also not clear if officers removed the child from the car before shooting and killing her mother and, if so, why they didn’t simply arrest Carey.

‘Routine’ stop mishandled?

Miriam Carey’s sister, Valerie Carey, is a former New York City police officer, as is the attorney representing her, Eric Sanders.

Sanders told WND he and Valerie believe law enforcement officials completely mishandled a simple “suspicious vehicle” car stop.

He maintained that such car stops are handled professionally by law enforcement officials all over the world every day without incident, including in other cities with so-called “high value targets,” such as the Capitol and White House.

Sanders told WND he has not been able to obtain the “use of force” policies for the Secret Service or U.S. Capitol Police, pointing out the onus is on agents to justify their use of force.

The former police officer also noted that under old guidelines, before the Secret Service became a part of the Department of Homeland Security,  the discharge of the agents’ weapons would not have been justified, because the guidelines valued life over property.

WND asked Sanders, based on his experience as a police officer, if he believed police should have shot out the tires on Miriam’s car.

“No, there should be no shooting at all,” he said. “They had no basis to shoot. You can’t shoot at a fleeing car” due to “a whole host of safety reasons.”

That’s a violation of police protocols in almost every big city in the country, he said.

As for fears that Carey may have been carrying an explosive device, Sanders said that was all the more reason not to shoot at her.

‘Why are you firing?’

Drawing upon her professional experience, Valerie Carey made perhaps the key point, that regardless of questions raised about training, protocol and public safety, the officers at the scene ultimately had to decide for themselves how to best act responsibly.

“As an officer, you have to ask yourself, ‘What is going on here?’ No one is firing a weapon at you, so why are you firing?”

Some have speculated that Carey simply came upon an unexpected police stop and panicked when quickly surrounded by heavily armed officers pointing guns at her.

For whatever reason, Miriam did not stop, and police decided to chase her.

WND asked Valerie Carey, given her experience as an NYPD sergeant, what she thought went wrong.

She said her information is limited by not being able to see the dash-cam video, but based on what she’s learned so far, “I believe the authorities allowed the situation to get out of control, and it could have been handled a lot differently.”

Sanders thinks there may be another factor at play and has asked the Department of Justice to investigate the shooting.

He has requested a civil rights investigation because, he told WND, “Although we never overtly mentioned it, we believe race was a factor in the police decision to discharge their weapons.”

Where’s the video?

The investigation of the shooting has been handled by the Washington Metropolitan Police. When WND asked a spokeswoman when the nearly three-month-long investigation might be complete and the video made public, she said she could not comment on a case under investigation and that all the information had been turned over to the D.C. office of the U.S. attorney’s office.

The spokeswoman also declined to answer a general question as to whether it was department policy not to release video of an officer-involved shooting while an investigation was underway.

WND easily found a half-dozen recent instances in which videos of officer-involved shootings were released while investigations were still underway, by police departments in such major cities as Philadelphia and Las Vegas. The spokesman for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Washington, D.C., declined to comment on specifics of the Carey investigation and would not confirm the office even has video of the shooting.

So, WND went searching elsewhere for video.

Authorities initially feared the incident was an act of terrorism, so it would seem logical that the National Security Agency might have monitored the chase and the shooting with its satellites.

But an NSA spokesman said it does not have video of the incident: “We are a foreign-intelligence agency.” The NSA advised WND to check with the FBI or DHS.

An FBI spokeswoman claimed there is no satellite video of the incident, stating, “That did not happen in this case.”

Also, the bureau would not confirm or deny the existence of dash-cam or security-cam videos of the shooting.

And a spokesman for the Department of Homeland Security declined to comment.

7. If the predator has a gun and you are not under his control, ALWAYS RUN! The predator will only hit you (a running target) 4 in 100 times; and even then, it most likely WILL NOT be a vital organ. RUN, Preferably in a zig -zag pattern!

8. As women, we are always trying to be sympathetic: STOP It may get you raped, or killed. Ted Bundy, the serial killer, was a good-looking, well educated man, who ALWAYS played on the sympathies of unsuspecting women. He walked with a cane, or a limp, and often asked 'for help' into his vehicle or with his vehicle, which is when he abducted his next victim.

9. Another Safety Point: Someone just told me that her friend heard a crying baby on her porch the night before last, and she called the police because it was late and she thought it was weird.. The police told her 'Whatever you do, DO NOT open the door..' The lady then said that it sounded like the baby had crawled near a window, and she was worried that it would crawl to the street and get run over. The policeman said, 'We already have a unit on the way, whatever you do, DO NOT open the door.' He told her that they think a serial killer has a baby's cry recorded and uses it to coax women out of their homes thinking that someone dropped off a baby.. He said they have not verified it, but have had several calls by women saying that they hear baby's cries outside their doors when they're home alone at night.

10. Water scam! If you wake up in the middle of the night to hear all your taps outside running or what you think is a burst pipe, DO NOT GO OUT TO INVESTIGATE! These people turn on all your outside taps full blast so that you will go out to investigate and then attack. Stay alert, keep safe, and look out for your neighbors!
