Judge relies on a fictional movie case to drop eligibility case

A real-life Florida judge has paraphrased a statement from the fictional Judge Henry X. Harper in “Miracle on 34th Street” to justify his sudden decision to dismiss a challenge under state law to Barack Obama’s eligibility to occupy the Oval Office.

The ruling from Kevin Carroll of the Florida circuit court for Leon County dismissed the case brought on behalf of Democratic voter Michael C. Voeltz, who raised the issue of Obama’s qualifications under a state law that allows voters to challenge candidates’ eligibility.

Carroll, who had given the plaintiffs until Dec. 23 to respond to Obama’s motion to dismiss the case, changed his mind and abruptly Thursday ordered the case dismissed.

He explained that the fact the government says Obama is qualified to be president is more than enough for him.

“This court notes that President Obama lives in the White House. He flies on Air Force One. He has appeared before Congress, delivered State of the Union addresses and meets with congressional leaders on a regular basis. He has appointed countless ambassadors to represent the interests of the United States throughout the world,” Carroll wrote.

“As this matter has come before the court at this time of the year it seems only appropriate to paraphrase the ruling rendered by the fictional Judge Henry X. Harper from New York in open court in the classic holiday film ‘Miracle on 34th St.’ ‘Since the United States Government declares this man to be president, this court will not dispute it. Case dismissed.’”

It was the second time in eligibility cases that a judge appears to have abandoned legal fundamentals and simply ruled for Obama on no particular basis.

Several years ago it was Judge James Robertson in Washington who dismissed a case because, he wrote, “The issue of the president’s citizenship was raised, vetted, blogged, texted, twittered, and otherwise massaged by America’s vigilant citizenry during Mr. Obama’s two-year campaign for the presidency.”

Carroll’s ruling also did not address the fact that in the movie, the judge was determining that a resident of a nursing home hired to play Santa Claus at a Macy’s store was, in fact, Santa Claus. His ‘proof” was a pile of mail addressed to Santa Claus that the post office delivered to him, confirming his identity.

Attorney Larry Klayman, representing Voeltz in the case, immediately responded with a motion for rehearing, contending that the judge “prematurely and precipitously” dismissed the complaint without a hearing as outlined under state law.

“This act also flies in the face of this court’s own order of Dec. 13, 2012, which was law of the case,” noted Klayman, founder of FreedomWatchUSA.

“This court had a statutory duty under the Florida Election laws, the Florida and U.S. Constitutions, and 3 U.S.C. Section 5, to adjudicate defendant Obama’s eligibility and his alleged fraudulent acts expeditiously, timely, and before the electors met on Dec. 17, 2012, and before the Electoral College votes on Jan. 6, 2013, Klayman explained. “Thus, this court also violated these law is dismissing the complaint summarily.”

Klayman suggested to the court its order “at a minimum creates an appearance that it simply jettisoned this case not only on the extrajudicial and non-legal premise that President Obama was president during the prior four year term, and has already performed many ‘presidential’ acts but also because this court did not want to be ‘inconvenienced’ by holding an evidentiary hearing.”

Klayman also questioned Carroll’s “off-the-cuff” remarks about a friend being appointed to a federal post by Obama as inappropriate.

He said the remarks about fictional judge Henry X. Harper in “Miracle on 34th St.” also were “inappropriate” and showed “a mindset simply to rid the court of this case.”

“This court seems to want to sidestep having to reach these serious and important matters before it,” Klayman said.

Klayman is seeking a rehearing and an evidentiary hearing in the dispute. He’s also seeking a temporary restraining order to halt the delivery of the Florida electoral votes to Obama until the court case is resolved.

He has submitted evidence by way of a sworn statement from Investigator Mike Zullo of Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse in Arizona that there probably were two crimes committed in the creation and display of Obama’s long-form birth certificate, which was released by the White House and posted online.

Zullo’s testimony is that forgery was used to create the document, and fraud was used in “presenting to the residents of Maricopa County and to the American public at large a forgery the White House represents as “proof positive” of President Obama’s” birth documentation.

Arpaio’s affidavit also was presented to the judge.

The sheriff said: “My investigators and I believe that President Obama’s long-form birth certificate is a computer-generated document, was manufactured electronically, and that it did not originate in a paper format, as claimed by the White House. … There is probable cause that the document is a forgery.”

Klayman has argued that Obama “has never established his eligibility for the presidency of the United States … the only evidence of defendant Obama’s alleged birth within the United States has come in the form of a belatedly filed electronic version of a claimed long-form birth certificate posted on the Internet.”

He told the judge that the evidence suggests, however, the document is fraudulent.

The case claims that should the judge not address the facts, the plaintiff “can never be made whole again.”

“If defendant Obama is found to be ineligible, which is likely to happen since there is no evidence … Obama was born in the United States to U.S. citizen parents, the plaintiff’s vote in the 2012 presidential election will be nullified.”

He suggested state law calls for an expedited hearing in such cases.

Carroll, however, said the state of Florida does not have jurisdiction to “determine the issue of qualification for the office of president of the United States, particularly at this late date in the process.”

His comments came after another challenge filed by Voeltz earlier this year was dismissed because the judge ruled it couldn’t be addressed until after the election.

In the latest case, Klayman argued: “On Nov. 6, 2012, the state of Florida held its 2012 general election. On Nov. 10, 2012, defendant Barack Hussein Obama was declared the official winner of the Florida general election. Yet defendant Obama has never established his eligibility for the presidency of the United States.

“Indeed, neither defendant Obama, nor the Democratic Party of Florida, has even stated that defendant Obama is a ‘natural born citizen,’” the filing said. “The only evidence of defendant Obama’s alleged birth within the United States has come in the form of an electronic version posted on the Internet. However, there has been evidence to show that this ‘birth certificate’ has either been altered or is entirely fraudulent.”

When Obama wanted the case dismissed, Carroll on Dec. 13 gave the plaintiffs 10 days to respond. But he didn’t wait for that time to pass and dismissed the case anyway.

“Section 102.168(7), Florida statutes, provides that ‘any candidate, qualified elector, or taxpayer presenting such a contest to a circuit judge in entitled to an immediate hearing,” Klayman wrote. “Plaintiff Michael Voeltz specifically requested an expedited hearing in his prayer for relief. … Yet even if he had not specifically requested such relief, which he did, the Florida statutes still mandate that plaintiff is entitled to an immediate hearing by law simply through the act of filing the lawsuit in front of a circuit judge.”

The case said, “Defendant Barack Hussein Obama is a direct threat to the safety and security of the United States, and its Constitution, which plaintiff must protect and defend by oath.”

As WND reported, Voeltz, who identifies himself as “a registered member of the Democratic Party, voter and taxpayer in Broward County,” has challenged Obama’s eligibility, arguing that the “natural born citizen” clause was rightly understood in historical context to mean a child not only born in the U.S., but born to two American-citizen parents, so as not to have divided loyalties. Obama, however, readily admits to being born a dual citizen because of his father’s British citizenship.

The original case sought to exclude Obama from the 2012 ballot. Klayman and Voeltz claimed that Obama is not a natural born citizen as required by Article 2, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution, because he was born a British subject.

Plaintiff Michael C. Voeltz has standing, as a Florida voter, and taxpayer, to challenge the ‘nomination or election of any person to office’ based on the winning candidates’ eligibility for the office sought. … The state of Florida has chosen, by popular election, the electors for Defendant Barack Hussein Obama to be president … Plaintiff has fulfilled all aspects of the Florida election statutes for this challenge of eligibility, as to timing, venue, and indispensable parties.”

Klayman has argued that since Obama, by his own admission, was not born to two citizen parents, he is not a “natural born citizen” and, therefore, is ineligible to be a candidate on the state’s election ballot.

The filing also explained the judiciary “has the power to determine eligibility. The contest of election statute specifically created a cause of action to enable plaintiff, a registered elector and taxpayer, to bring this lawsuit in order for this court to determine the eligibility of defendant Obama.”

Klayman said he also will be trying to go directly to the Florida Supreme Court if Carroll does not reconsider.

“It’s truly ‘remarkable’ and an affront to the rule of law and all our founding fathers and colonial America fought and risked and gave their lives for. This type of conduct by the establishment, which thinks it can do as it pleases without consequences, is why we have entered into a revolutionary state 236 years after we declared independence from the king. They will soon from We the People learn that there are consequences,” he said.

Guess our national leaders didn't expect this. On Thursday, Darrell Scott, the father of Rachel Scott, a victim of ...the Columbine High School shootings in Littleton, Colorado, was invited to address the House Judiciary Committee's subcommittee. What he said to our national leaders during this special session of Congress was painfully truthful.
They were not prepared for what he was to say, nor was it received well. It needs to be heard by every parent, every teacher, every politician, every sociologist, every psychologist, and every so-called expert! These courageous words spoken by Darrell Scott are powerful, penetrating, and deeply personal. There is no doubt that God sent this man as a voice crying in the wilderness.. The following is a portion of the transcript:

"Since the dawn of creation there has been both good & evil in the hearts of men and women. We all contain the seeds of kindness or the seeds of violence. The death of my wonderful daughter, Rachel Joy Scott, and the deaths of that heroic teacher, and the other eleven children who died must not be in vain. Their blood cries out for answers.
"The first recorded act of violence was when Cain slew his brother Abel out in the field. The villain was not the club he used.. Neither was it the NCA, the National Club Association. The true killer was Cain, and the reason for the murder could only be found in Cain's heart.

Gun free zones create killing fields—one gun could have saved all

The killer had several weapons at his disposal while even the principal, all teachers, and maintenance personnel were forbidden by federal law to have even one. Any one of them with a handgun could have stopped the young killer.

It’s against federal law to bring a gun on school campuses, all obeyed but the lone killer. Did the law help or hurt?

A few things you won’t hear about from the saturation coverage of the Newtown, Conn., school massacre:

Mass shootings are no more common than they have been in past decades, despite the impression given by the media.

In fact, the high point for mass killings in the U.S. was 1929, according to criminologist Grant Duwe of the Minnesota Department of Corrections.

Incidents of mass murder in the U.S. declined from 42 in the 1990s to 26 in the first decade of this century.

The chances of being killed in a mass shooting are about what they are for being struck by lightning.

Until the Newtown horror, the three worst K–12 school shootings ever had taken place in either Britain or Germany.

Almost all of the public-policy discussion about Newtown has focused on a debate over the need for more gun control. In reality, gun control in a country that already has 200 million privately owned firearms is likely to do little to keep weapons out of the hands of criminals. We would be better off debating two taboo subjects — the laws that make it difficult to control people with mental illness and the growing body of evidence that “gun-free” zones, which ban the carrying of firearms by law-abiding individuals, don’t work.

First, the mental-health issue. A lengthy study by Mother Jones magazine found that at least 38 of the 61 mass shooters in the past three decades “displayed signs of mental health problems prior to the killings.” New York Times columnist David Brooks and Cornell Law School professor William Jacobson have both suggested that the ACLU-inspired laws that make it so difficult to intervene and identify potentially dangerous people should be loosened. “Will we address mental-health and educational-privacy laws, which instill fear of legal liability for reporting potentially violent mentally ill people to law enforcement?” asks Professor Jacobson. “I doubt it.”

Gun-free zones have been the most popular response to previous mass killings. But many law-enforcement officials say they are actually counterproductive. “Guns are already banned in schools. That is why the shootings happen in schools. A school is a ‘helpless-victim zone,’” says Richard Mack, a former Arizona sheriff. “Preventing any adult at a school from having access to a firearm eliminates any chance the killer can be stopped in time to prevent a rampage,” Jim Kouri, the public-information officer of the National Association of Chiefs of Police, told me earlier this year at the time of the Aurora, Colo., Batman-movie shooting. Indeed, there have been many instances — from the high-school shooting by Luke Woodham in Mississippi, to the New Life Church shooting in Colorado Springs, Colo. — where a killer has been stopped after someone got a gun from a parked car or elsewhere and confronted the shooter.

Economists John Lott and William Landes conducted a groundbreaking study in 1999, and found that a common theme of mass shootings is that they occur in places where guns are banned and killers know everyone will be unarmed, such as shopping malls and schools.

I spoke with Lott after the Newtown shooting, and he confirmed that nothing has changed to alter his findings. He noted that the Aurora shooter, who killed twelve people earlier this year, had a choice of seven movie theaters that were showing the Batman movie he was obsessed with. All were within a 20-minute drive of his home. The Cinemark Theater the killer ultimately chose wasn’t the closest, but it was the only one that posted signs saying it banned concealed handguns carried by law-abiding individuals. All of the other theaters allowed the approximately 4 percent of Colorado adults who have a concealed-handgun permit to enter with their weapons.

“Disarming law-abiding citizens leaves them as sitting ducks,” Lott told me. “A couple hundred people were in the Cinemark Theater when the killer arrived. There is an extremely high probability that one or more of them would have had a legal concealed handgun with him if they had not been banned.”

Lott offers a final damning statistic: “With just one single exception, the attack on congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords in Tucson in 2011, every public shooting since at least 1950 in the U.S. in which more than three people have been killed has taken place where citizens are not allowed to carry guns.”

There is no evidence that private holders of concealed-carry permits (which are either easy to obtain or not even required in more than 40 states) are any more irresponsible with firearms than the police. According to a 2005 to 2007 study by researchers at the University of Wisconsin and Bowling Green State University, police nationwide were convicted of firearms violations at least at a 0.002 percent annual rate. That’s about the same rate as holders of carry permits in the states with “shall issue” laws.

Despite all of this evidence, the magical thinking behind gun-free zones is unlikely to be questioned in the wake of the Newtown killings. Having such zones gives people a false sense of security, and woe to the politician or business owner who now suggests that a “gun-free zone” revert back to what critics would characterize as “a wild, wild West” status. Indeed, shortly after the Cinemark attack in Colorado, the manager of the nearby Northfield Theaters changed its policy and began banning concealed handguns.

In all of the fevered commentary over the Newtown killings, you will hear little discussion of the fact that we may be making our families and neighbors less safe by expanding the places where guns aren’t allowed. But that is precisely what we may be doing. Both criminals and the criminally insane have shown time and time again that those laws are the least of the problems they face as they carry out their evil deeds.

You must have seen thousands of photographs of Everest. But there have been none like this:

According to NPR, the image is the result of a project by David Breashears, who has already climbed the highest mountain in the world five times. He used old images of Everest and its glaciers and combined them with new ones.

The photo is part of a broader project called GlacierWorks by the mountaineer Breashears, who made the much-acclaimed IMAX documentary “Everest.”

His project aims to document the current state of glaciers in the Himalayas and how the mountain and those glaciers are being affected by climate change.

The TSA as we know it is dead…

…here's why

If you don't believe the TSA is doomed after watching yesterday's House Aviation Subcommittee hearing, then you'll have to at least agree that the agency as we know can't continue to exist as it does.
For starters, TSA Administrator John Pistole refused to testify before the committee on the innocuous subject of "common sense" improvements to America's airport security, reportedly because the committee has no jurisdiction over his agency. (That's odd - I always thought Congress funded the federal government, but maybe I wasn't paying attention during government class.)

 

One by one, panelists took turns excoriating the agency charged with protecting America's transportation systems. It was plainly clear why Pistole was a no-show, and it had nothing to do with jurisdiction; it would have been an openly hostile crowd.
Charles Edwards, the Department of Homeland Security's acting inspector general, described the TSA as bureaucratic and dysfunctional. Stephen Lord of the Government Accountability Office, suggested the agency was ignoring the thousands of complaints from air travelers. And Kenneth Dunlap, who represented the International Air Transport Association, criticized the current TSA as expensive, inconsistent, and reactive.
"As this mushrooming agency has spun out of control," the committee chairman, John Mica, concluded, "passengers have not been well served."
The congressmen present in the hearing agreed with many of the criticisms, but it's the solutions that would have sent Pistole running for the exits. On the conservative end, critics recommended aggressively reforming the TSA to create a smaller, more responsive agency that fulfills its mission of protecting and serving air travelers.
But some went much further. Charlie Leocha of the Consumer Travel Alliance, who represented the interests of air travelers on the committee, said the TSA should not just be downsized, but also limited to protecting only air travel (something it currently isn't).
In his testimony, he described a future TSA that more closely resembled the pre-9/11 security system, which used magnetometers (metal detectors) as its primary screening method, had employees that dressed in non-threatening uniforms, and banned only the most dangerous weapons, such as guns and explosives, from aircraft.

The real security work would take place behind the scenes, prescreening every passenger with the help of technology and through coordination between intelligence agencies, law enforcement, and airlines.
"The mass screening of passengers would be replaced for the great majority of passengers
with a Trusted Traveler program that seamlessly checks passengers before they fly, while at the same time being respectful of their privacy," says Leocha. “Every passenger is already prescreened for every flight.”
Such an agency would be called the TSA in name only. In fact, it would be better named the Airport Security Administration, although that acronym might be problematic.
With a powerful congressional committee like this lining up behind sweeping TSA reform, it is not a question of if, but when Congress -- which by the way, does sign the TSA's checks -- acts to dismantle this $8-billion-a-year security boondoggle.
I'm not just saying that because I'm CTA's ombudsman and helped devise some of these solutions. Anyone who doesn't believe the current TSA is a federal disaster area with an impossibly sprawling mandate isn't in touch with reality.
The TSA as it exists can't die soon enough.

On the radio, dispatchers and cops were laughing at the sheeple at first, as they always do every day. The police scanner broadcast proves the cops were incompetently bungling around, not taking the 911 calls seriously, with almost no ambulances available. Only victims who could walk outside the theater were taken to an ambulance, if an ambulance was available. SERIOUSLY INJURED VICTIMS WERE ABANDONED BY POLICE AND LEFT TO DIE. POLICE DID NOT STORM THE THEATER AND SHOOT THE SHOOTER NOR RESCUE THE VICTIMS. Police cowered outside the theater until they were confident the shooter had escaped. There was zero containment of the crime scene and all shooters were allowed to leave. PROFESSOR James Holmes was sitting calmly in his white car closest to the theater exit, but was intoxicated and unaware of his surroundings, and was NOT wearing the police uniform and gas mask of the shooter, and was NOT in possession of any guns used in the shooting. The actual shooter was described by eyewitness survivors as 6 inches shorter than Professor James Holmes. Professor James was paid a $176,000 grant from Obama for mind control research and previously worked for Pentagon's DARPA, whose father is a PhD computer programmer with Pentagon's DARPA scheduled to testify to Congress about the LIBOR bank theft of $350-TRILLION dollars.

The National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Md., which awards the federal Neuroscience Training Grant, didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment Tuesday. The total grant was worth $171,024 for Holmes’ first year in the program, the newspaper said, with the $21,600 stipend doled out in 12 monthly installments. There's no Joker in Dark Knight Rises, sheeple keep Eyes Wide Shut

In The Dark Knight Strikes Again, Batman assassinated the president of the United States, by ramming his Batjet into a skyscraper, to stop the president from attacking USA in a nuclear false-flag terror attack using robot drones. Batman also killed the terrorist Joker (Robin), a mind-kontroled slave of the president, using Thermite. DK2 was published on 10 September 2001....

Then Heath Ledger was sacrificed during hype of the next billion-dollar Batman movie. Ledger last film was The Imaginarium Of Doctor Parnassus, while wearing a hangman's noose around his neck (Freemasonic cable tow) with the Illuminati symbols drawn on his forehead (first Greek symbol PHI is the same as the Phi Beta Kappa secret society of the alleged shooter at the Dark Knight movie massacre). Ledger's final film included Satanic sex rituals similar to Stanley Kubrick's last film, Eyes Wide Shut, about secret societies of the elite serial killers. Heath was said to be a "method actor", someone who totally immersed himself in the role. Enough that it would creep others out. "Method acting" is a form of self-induced Dissociative Identity Disorder (Multiple Personality Disorder as manufactured by CIA doctors in MKULTRA, and part of the script in The Imaginarium Of Doctor Parnassus, with Ledger's alters played by Johnny Depp, Colin Farrell and Jude Law). Heath had no trouble "losing himself" to fill roles (masterfully). Ledger was probably conditioned, and was certainly manipulated. His real-life death scene was admittedly manipulated to hide evidence of illegal narcotics and murder.

Then the Colorado movie massacre by a lonenut Joker -- a Phi Beta Kappa genius ("nutty") professor in neuroscience employed by DARPA at the Pentagon -- the same week Obama is trying to sign the Small Arms Treaty with the United Nations to ban all guns in USA.... The alleged shooter was not arrested while wearing the police uniform nor carrying the guns, which were discarded outside the theater. Eyewitnesses saw an accomplice open the locked FIRE EXIT door to let the "lone nut" shooter in, from which the fire alarm had been previously deactivated, yet police, prosecutors and disinfobabes instantly "knew" there was no conspiracy without any investigation. None of the 100 eyewitnesses can identify the alleged shooter nor place him as an unarmed spectator in the theater. No police eyewitnessed the alleged shooter commit any crime. Police did not shoot the alleged shooter during the arrest, because nothing about his behavior indicated he was the shooter. The actual shooter was 6-inches shorter than Holmes, and wore a police gas mask and covered his hair with a police helmet and wore a police uniform, so there are no eyewitnesses to the alleged shooter actually shooting anyone. The only thing the alleged shooter confessed to is that he really is the Joker, while insane from withdrawal from the same addictive Vicoden (opium, heroin, hydrocodone) that allegedly killed Heath Ledger.
His father, Dr Robert Holmes PhD, was said to have been scheduled to testify within the next few weeks before a US Senate panel on the largest bank fraud scandal in world, LIBOR London Inter Bank Offered Rate scam, with $350-TRILLION in derivatives missing....
Professor James Holmes had a psychiatrist at university at the time of the shooting was Dr Lynne Fenton MD, chief of medicine for the U.S. Air Force in San Antonio, Texas, home of MKULTRA experiments.
Will Dr Jollyn West be assigned by the court to handle this insane "lone nut" -- the same Dr West assigned by the court to all other "lone nut" shooters and who ran CIA's MKULTRA brainwash program? Although from a wealthy family, the alleged shooter appeared in court with a public defender lawyer employed by the government. Never mind there was no Joker in The Dark Knight Rises, or that all the "real" Jokers had green hair, not orange like Ronald McDonalds' burger clown, and real jokers never dressed as a riot cop with Nazi helmet, assault rifle, shotgun and Glocks.
In violation of the First Amendment and the Constitutional right to a public trial, all news media has now been banned from the courtroom. Which is sure to make the actual killers breathe a sign of relief.
BTW, the one news story never mentioned during these "lone nut" shootings is the Bath School Massacre, where an elected member of the school board who was also an employee of the school, wired the entire school with dynomite then detonated it with children inside. He arrived at the school to shoot survivors, before becoming USA's first suicide bomber. This massacre in Michigan is still the worst school shooting in world history.

Breaking news the Shooting in Aurora is a "drill"
While they were expecting everyone to listen to the Aurora Police broadcasts I decided to listen to the other channels. (Don't worry I archived them all just in case) but the one that was the most interesting is the interpretational communications feed. No one would have figured that out if it wasn't for the civilian that is broadcasting these channels that decided to combine the two feeds.

Over the last few weeks we have published over a dozen exclusive reports detailing the extraordinary amount of evidence that indicates that the horrific Aurora, Colorado movie theater shooting was some sort of false flag black operation.
Whether it be the fact that multiple shooters were documented by numerous witnesses or the connection the shooter had with literal mind control programs, the facts speak for themselves.

The Illuminati card game first appeared in 1995 after its release by Steve Jackson Games and seems to directly predict events that have happened in the 17 years since its release. It has since been written about thousands of times due to its actual depictions of real events.
A similar card game called On the Edge was released a few years before and one of the cards in the deck seems to depict the Aurora Colorado shooting.
“There are some similarities in the card and the shooting,” wrote the Truth Behind the Scenes Blog.
Regardless if the above photos from an early 90's Illuminati type card game are just a coincidence or yet another example of predictive programming, the documented evidence in the case directly confirms that, at the very least, the public has not been told the entire story.

"In the early 1960s, America's top military leaders reportedly drafted plans to kill innocent people and commit acts of terrorism in U.S. cities to create public support for a war against Cuba. Code named Operation NORTHWOODS, the plans reportedly included the possible assassination of Cuban émigrés, sinking boats of Cuban refugees on the high seas, hijacking planes, blowing up a U.S. ship, and even orchestrating violent terrorism in U.S. cities. "We could blow up a drone (unmannded) vessel anywhere in the Cuban waters. The presense of Cuban planes or ships merely investigating the intent of the vessel could be fairly compelling evidence that the ship was taken under attack. The US could follow with an air/sea rescue operation covered by US fighters to "evacuate" remaining members of the non-existant crew. Casualty lists in US newspapers would cause a helpful wave of national indignation. We could develop a Communist Cuba terror campaign in the Miami area, in other Flordia cities and even in Washington. The terror campaign could be pointed at Cuban refugees seeking haven in the United States. Use of MIG-type aircraft by US pilots could provide additional provocation. Harassment of civil air, attacks on surface shipping, and destruction of US military drone aircraft by MIG type palnes would be useful. An F-86 properly painted would convince air passengers that they saw a Cuban MIG, especially if the pilot of the transport were to announce that fact. Hijacking attampts against US civil air and surface craft should be encouraged. The actual registered aircraft would be converted to a drone. Take off times of the drone aircraft and the actual aircraft will be scheduled to allow a rondevous. From the rondevous point the passenger-carrying aircraft will descend to minimum altitude and go directly to an auxiliary airfield at Eglin AFB where arrangements will have been made to evacuate the passengers and return the aircraft to its original status. Meanwhile the drone aircraft will continue to fly the filed flight plan. The drone will be transmitting on the international distress frequency "MAY DAY" message stating it is under attack by Cuban MIG aircraft. The transmission will be interrupted by the destruction of aircraft which will be triggered by radio signal. This will allow IACO radio stations to tell the US what has happened to the aircraft instead of the US trying to "sell" the incident. It is possible to create an incident that will make it appear that Communist Cuban MIGs have destroyed a USAF aircraft over international waters in an unprovoked attack. On one such flight, a pre-briefed pilot would fly Tail-end Charlie. While near the Cuban island this pilot would broadcast that he had been jumped by MIGs and was going down. This pilot would then fly at extremely low altitude and land at a secure base, an Eglin auxiliary. The aircraft would be met by the proper people, quickly stored and given a new tail number. The pilot who performed the mission under an alias would resume his proper identity. The pilot and aircraft would then have disappeared. The Dick Act of 1902, Efficiency of Militia Bill H.R. 11654 prohibits gun control laws!

Outlaw guns and only outlaws have guns! One teacher with a gun could have saved a bunch of lives that day but it's illegal to have a gun on campus...didn't stop that shooter did it!

Have you ever heard of the “Dick Act of 1902”? More properly known as the “Efficiency of Militia Bill H.R. 11654″. Oddly enough it is not available online from government sources, only a “catalog page” found at The Library of Congress.

The Dick Act’s most quoted synopsis is: The Dick Act of 1902 also known as the Efficiency of Militia Bill H.R. 11654, of June 28, 1902 invalidates all so-called gun-control laws. It also divides the militia into three distinct and separate entities.

The three classes H.R. 11654 provides for are the organized militia, henceforth known as the National Guard of the State, Territory and District of Columbia, the unorganized militia and the regular army. The militia encompasses every able-bodied male between the ages of 18 and 45. All members of the unorganized militia have the absolute personal right and 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms of any type, and as many as they can afford to buy.

The Dick Act of 1902 cannot be repealed; to do so would violate bills of attainder and ex post facto laws which would be yet another gross violation of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The President of the United States has zero authority without violating the Constitution to call the National Guard to serve outside of their State borders.

I find it hilarious that the bill introduced to fund the National Guard’s annual exercise also provides for the unorganized militia (you and me) to own whatever we wish in the way of weaponry “for the militia”. Just another conveniently ignored facet of living in a “Republic” that the modern day politicians try to make us believe is a democracy.

We the people hold the power. Exercise your power, vote to keep your guns and your freedom. Vote Republican.

The Pennsylvania Gazette, Feb. 20, 1788 once published the following: “Who are the militia? If not ourselves? Is it feared, then, that we shall turn our arms each man against his own bosom. Congress has no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birthright of an American.

The Federal Government is Guilty Accomplice in School Shooting in Newtown Connecticut

There has been a horrendous mass shooting at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut. At this time, 27 people are reported dead, most of them children.

This shooting is yet another tragic example of the failed, grotesque insistence on helpless victim zones where any crazed gunman can be assured of a large number of disarmed, undefended, helpless victims, all crammed into one place, where he can kill many children before an armed defender arrives from elsewhere. It is disturbing and sick that the federal government so hates the right of the American people to bear arms, and so hates their natural right to self defense, that the government insists on making them helpless, disarmed victims for anyone who cares to kill them. And in this case, all of the teachers and staff were willfully disarmed by the Federal Government, by force of law and threat of prison, to ensure that they would be disarmed and incapable of saving the lives of the children entrusted to their care.

That makes the Federal Government complicit in the deaths of these children, and in fact an accessory to their mass murder, by forcibly disarming (with the very real threat of prison) all the teachers, all the staff, and any parent who may have been on school property. That stupid law guaranteed the shooters would meet no immediate armed resistance, which is exactly what is needed to stop such an attack.

In such a shooting (as in every criminal attack), seconds count, and the people best positioned to stop the attack are the people on the scene - the intended victims and/or their care-takers. In this case, that would mean the teachers and staff of the school, and also the parents, who should have the ability to save the lives of their own children as they take them to and from school.
