‘The Chosen’

Many other verses could be cited but this is enough to
establish who ‘the chosen’ are. There are verses above, from both the Old and New Testaments that clearly point to Jesus of Nazareth as the promised Son of David, the promised Messiah.
One of the greatest hoaxes ever perpetrated against the
human race is the lie that the Jewish race is God's chosen people. The above
verses are crystal clear that that is not the case. God's chosen are not chosen
according to their DNA but according to their faith.
Paul explains that Christ is the promised seed of Abraham
and that through faith in Christ believers are placed in Christ so that they
become God's chosen because of their relationship with Christ.
Jesus leaves no doubt that the Jewish race is not a chosen
people, quite the contrary as he calls their leaders the offspring of serpents
and the children of Satan. If all of this is not proof enough that the Jews are
not a chosen race the Bible clearly places the Jew Judas Iscariot squarely in
hell. The rich man in Luke 16 called to his called to his father Abraham from
hell. So without a doubt the Jews are not God’s chosen people.
Paul, writing to the Christians in Ephesus said that God
chose those in Christ (Christians) before the foundation of the world. So
Christ is the promised seed of Abraham and believers in Christ are the chosen
of God.
What a lie, that the Jews are God’s chosen, has been
perpetrated upon the world! This lie may very well be the strong delusion, the
great lie, that was to come just before the LORD’s return (2 Thes 2:11) so strong
that even the elect would be seduced if possible (Mark 13:22.
How did this lie become so accepted, especially by
Christians? Why was it told? Who was behind it besides Satan? Let me begin with Roman Catholic Jesuit
Francisco Ribera (1537–1591) who wrote a 500 page commentary on the Book of
Revelation. This commentary established the futurist interpretation of Bible
prophecy. This is the teaching that the prophecies concerning the end times were
all in the future bound up in a 7 year time of tribulation culminating in the 2nd
coming of Jesus Christ.
This needs a little background.
Shortly after the Protestant Reformation the Society of
Jesus aka Jesuits was established along the lines of a military order (their
leader’s title is General) to go to war against the Protestants; the
Counter-Reformation as was talked about in The Council of Trent at which anathemas
were pronounced against the Protestants over 150 times.
(Note: The declarations and anathemas of the Council of
Trent have never been revoked. The decrees of the Council of Trent are
confirmed by both the Second Vatican Council (1962-1965) and the official
"Catechism of the Catholic Church" (1992).)
The Reformation is what prompted the Jesuit Francisco Ribera
to contrive a new teaching on prophecy. The Catholic Church forbade the laity
to possess or read on their own a Bible. With the Reformation the Protestants could
start reading and owning their own Bibles. They realized anyone reading the accounts
of the Anti-Christ and the whore of Babylon would immediately point to the
papacy and the Holy Roman Catholic Church so they had to move those events out
of the present. One Jesuit was tasked with placing the prophecies in the past
culminating with Emperor Titus sacking Jerusalem in 70 AD, it was called
Preterism. Jesuit Francisco Ribera to’s
task was to place all of the prophecies in the future and called Futurism.
The Rapture
Futurism became the dominate teaching when in 1830 AD John Nelson
Darby popularized it when he invented the ‘secret rapture’ of the Church doctrine
in 1830 AD and began teaching it among the ‘Plymouth Brethren’. It was a
fantastic teaching, people were mesmerized by it.
This adoption of the Jesuit's Futurism view of eschatology allowed the Zionists Jews to use one CI Scofield to lure unsuspecting Christians into becoming rabid supporters of the idea of a Modern State of Israel in the Holy Land. 3 problems, the land was inhabited by Palestinians, God had banished Israel from the land in 70 AD so for man to end this ban is rebellion.
