Is the speed of light constant as Albert Einstein postulated?

George Airy in 1871 devised an experiment using a telescope and water that disproves three universally held beliefs about the cosmos. 1: There is an Aether in which the heavenly bodies are carried around, 2: the speed of light is not constant, and 3: the earth does not rotate on an axis, nor does it revolve around the sun!

He demonstrated that light passing through his water filled telescope was slower than the telescope without water. His experiment demonstrated that the stars were moving, not the earth.

Recent satellite probes, WMAP, COBE, and Planck found that the earth is in the center of the universe with the heavenly bodies ,carried along by the aether revolve around the earth at a 23.5 degree tilt.
