Real News: Alabama rejects UN Agenda 21, the plan to dismantle America

This is good news, the newspapers should be running this story on page 1 above the fold, and this should be the lead story on the TV nightly news.

But that’s not the case! The media is owned by the crooks trying to implement UN Agenda 21. They certainly don’t want to publicize the fact that some folks are waking up to the danger this poses to free America.

IF the American public knew what the goal of this insidious plan is they’d call for their representatives heads at the local, state, and national level. This is the plan for bringing about the new world order!

Selling out America: Destroying U.S. sovereignty via Agenda 21, Part 1

Jodi Fowler Huntsville Conservative Examiner

In defense of the United States Constitution and the Alabama State Constitution, Governor Robert Bentley recently signed into law Senate Bill (SB) 477, boldly becoming the first state leader to sidestep invasive international law by protecting private property ownership rights and the right to due process. Governor Bentley’s eye-opening move, although receiving little, if any, attention from establishment media, prohibits any government convolution from the United Nation’s intent of establishing a one-world government via Agenda 21, or when rhetorically toned down, “Sustainable Development.” A portion of the Bill’s text reads:

“The State of Alabama and all political subdivisions may not adopt or implement policy recommendations that deliberately or inadvertently infringe or restrict private property rights without due process, as may be required by policy recommendations originating in, or traceable to ‘Agenda 21,’ adopted by the United Nations in 1992 at its Conference on Environment and Development or any other international law or ancillary plan of action that contravenes the Constitution of the United States or the Constitution of the State of Alabama.

Since the United Nations has accredited and enlisted numerous non-governmental organizations and inter-governmental organizations to assist in the implementation of its policies relative to Agenda 21 around the world, the State of Alabama and all political subdivisions may not enter into any agreement, expend any sum of money, or receive funds, contracting services, or giving financial aid to or from those non-governmental and inter-governmental organizations as defined in Agenda 21.”

Named unofficially the “Due Process for Property Rights Act,” the Bill was approved by the Alabama state House and Senate before being signed into law in May. Sounding relatively simple and to the point, it tightly covers a wide array of protection from Agenda 21 which has been years in the making to initiate its goals via camouflaged language such as “social justice,” “climate protection,” “green growth,” “sustainable rural communities,” and “redistribution of wealth,” to name a few.

The people of Alabama acting through their elected representatives – not U.N. bureaucrats – have the authority to develop the state’s environmental and developmental policies, the official synopsis of the law explains.” This allows the citizens to have no outside invasion of their property rights from any international law or secondary plan which would circumvent the U.S. Constitution, the ulterior motive of Agenda 21.

Agenda 21 has long been more than a stealth endpoint to impose a wide marshalling of non-governmental and inter-governmental organizations woven into the world’s countries to form global governance. “It consists of 115 different and very specific programs designed to facilitate, or to force, the transition to Sustainable Development. The objective, clearly enunciated by the leaders of the Earth Summit, is to bring about a change in the present system of independent nations.” Their agenda is broken up many program areas for action:

• Agriculture
• Biodiversity and Ecosystem Management
• Education
• Energy and Housing
• Population
• Public Health
• Resources and Recycling
• Transportation and Sustainable Economic Development
• Demographics & Sustainability
• Human Settlements (the foundation for "sustainable communities")
• Planning & Management of Land
• Management of Water
• The role of Business & Industry
• International Mechanisms & Institutions (are seen to be the coordinators
of worldwide sustainable development)

All the red and yellow areas on this map are places where humans are virtually forbidden by UN Agenda 21

wildlands_mapAlthough the Alabama Bill, now law, cites the U.N. adoption as the 1992 Conference on Environment and Development, or “Earth Summit” held in Rio de Janeiro, its roots run more deeply.

According to the John Birch Society’s in-depth analysis of Agenda 21, four international commissions began laying the groundwork for global governance.

“In 1980, West German Chancellor Willy Brandt chaired the Commission on International Development. The document…entitled “North-South: A Program for Survival,” stated “World development is not merely an economic process, [it] involves a profound transformation of the entire economic and social structure…not only the idea of economic betterment, but also of greater human dignity, security, justice, and equality…The Commission realizes that mankind has to develop a concept of ‘single community’ to develop global order.

That same year Sean MacBride, a recipient of the Lenin Peace Prize, headed up a commission on international communications which issued a report entitled ‘Many Voices, One World: Toward a New, More Just and Efficient World Information and Communication Order.’ The Commission included the Soviet news agency, TASS, believed that a ‘New World Information Order’ was prerequisite to a new world economic order. The report was a blueprint for controlling the media, even to the point of suggesting international journalists be licensed.

In 1982, Olaf Plame, the man who single-handedly returned Socialism to Sweden, served as chairman of the Independent Commission on Disarmament and Security Issues. His report, entitled ‘Common Security: A Blueprint for Survival,’ said: ‘All States have the duty to promote the achievement of general and complete disarmament under effective international control…’ The report went on to call for money that is saved from disarmament to be used to pay for social programs. The Commission also proposed a strategic shift from ‘collective security’ such as the alliances like NATO, to one of ‘common security’ through the United Nations.’”

Finally, beginning in1987 when Dr. Gro Harlem Brundtland, a former Norwegian Prime Minister, and first Vice-President of the Socialist International, was invited by the U.N. Secretary General to chair the World Commission on Environment and Development. “The Commission, which is best known for developing the broad political concept of sustainable development, published its report Our Common Future in April 1987.” For the first time, the environment was tied to the tried and true Socialist goals of international redistribution of wealth. The report said, “Poverty is a major cause and effect of global environmental problems. It is therefore futile to attempt to deal with environmental problems without a broader perspective that encompasses the factors underlying world poverty and international inequality.”

All of these recommendations led to the Earth Summit – the United Nations Conference of Environment and Development (UNCED) in Rio de Janeiro in 1992. Agenda 21 sponsored by the United Nations had three main goals:

1. Abolition of private property.
2. Education for global citizenship.
3. Control over human action.

And, what are the outcomes of this grand scheme of global order? Enter government-controlled media, international development which will manage and redistribute wealth, one international military, the elimination of a free society, and much more.

During further meetings in the 1990s, the United Nations sponsored many more summits and conferences promulgating issues addressing “human rights, the rights of the child, forced abortion and sterilization as solutions for population control and plans for global taxation through the U.N.”

Completely endorsed by the United Nations are hundreds of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and inter-governmental organizations (IGOs) who supply policy documents addressing the U.N.’s mission in achieving its goals of global change via “sustainable development.” Examples of the NGOs infiltrating all parts of societal control are Planned Parenthood, the National Audubon Society, Zero Population Growth, and the National Education Association. Federal agencies include the National Park Service, the U.S. Forest Service, the Department of Interior, and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

The EPA, for example, is entrenched in an integral role with the implementation of Agenda 21.

In 2010, the EPA revealed their intention to “regulate greenhouse gas emissions from the largest industrial facilities, with a phased in approach that began January 1, 2011.” This invasive move stands to force many coal plants in the United States to close due to the high costs of upgrading to meet required reduction standards with the EPA’s commitment to pursue ‘sustainability’ via carbon footprints. “But the truth is that the U.S. has committed to the United Nations and its partners to reduce carbon dioxide emissions,” using Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFÉ) standards a bill originally passed in1975 in wake of the Arab Oil Embargo. With the blessings of President Barack Obama, this insertion of the “footprint” language provides the EPA with an enormous power role due to the House and Senate’s refusal to pass cap and trade legislation. The EPA simply assumes its U.N. approved “sustainability” role and moves forward with its agenda without Congressional approval.

The EPA is has adapted its sustainability paradigm, harmoniously supported by the U.N.’s Earth Summit’s Three Pillars of Approach: Social, Environment and Economic pillars of sustainability. Hence, the result is the EPA’s commitment to an international rule of law.

After the 1992 U.N. Conference on Environment and Development, or Earth Summit, four U.S. Presidents have followed implementation of global governance: Herbert Walker Bush, William Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Obama.

Part 2 will discuss the actions of these Presidents in achieving this goal of destroying American sovereignty.

“There are more instances of the abridgement of the freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments of those in power than by violent and sudden usurpations.” ~ James Madison
