\H.R.3226: Czar Accountability and Reform (CZAR) Act of 2009 was introduced to the House by Representative Jack Kingston, Georgia Republican. There was also a bill (S. 3734 .IS) introduced by defeated left-wing Senator Mark Feingold. The Feingold bill is in committee while the House bill is in sub-committee.
These Czars are imposing draconian regulations upon businesses and individuals that will surely cripple any hope of economic recovery and restoration of a sane spending and taxation policies.
