Think about it! The UK is not the "whole world". Just because the winters have been colder here, doesn't mean that the rest of the Globe is still getting warmer. The UK is just à tiny corner of the Globe.
Places like siberia are still going to be cold with global warming, although relatively warmer. And if due to sea current are getting more winds from Siberia...our winters will be colder too.
And the question is, why are the winds suddenly blowing from the east, rather than the warmer atlantic? That can be due to global warming!
