California Socialist Court Goes Crazy & Denies 2nd Amendment
By: Charles Benninghoff, Editor
Sacramento, CA - NRA and California Rifle Association lawyers have asked the California Supreme Court to depublish the recent "Jones" case which denied application of Second Amendment right to bear arms.
Depublication means the case cannot be cited as legal authority, but published cases are legal authority.

The request goes over the Heller case in which the US Supreme Court gave Washington, DC residents their guns back. The next case up is McDonald v. City of Chicago, which will most likely result in overruling nationwide assault weapons laws, and strip California socialist judges of their power to deny citizens the right to bear arms.
As a little historical background, when England was on the verge of being taken over by the Nazis, boatloads of donated guns from America were sent over to them just before the start of WWII.
Also, in about 1980, the Santa Monica Police went on strike for about 3-4 months. No large city police force had been on strike before this, so this was a great opportunity to get statistics on crime rates with, and without, police presence.
